Came in to get my car checked out for a tune up. Rich told me it's not needed yet, another shop wanted to charge me over $600. I appreciate the honesty and speed. I would definitely recommend Custom Tire & Auto. This will be my first choice in the future.

They fixed my ac after being charged and quoted things that didn’t fix it from other establishments. No bs, and it works great now. They reset my oil change light for me, that was nice because I can never remember. And there’s a shop cat to help pass time. Glad I found a place that’s about really wanting to help. They have my business.

I had been looking for a place to take my car for a while after horrible experiences at big name auto shops, and somebody in my life recommended me to go here and I never looked back. Finding a place that won’t scam or belittle you when you drive in as a woman is unnecessarily difficult, but I’ve been treated with nothing but respect here. Their work is impeccable and their pricing is excellent, but what I value most is how genuine and professional they conduct their business. I am more than confident taking my car here for any auto needs

Very professional, polite and honest !! Took my Jeep there because of tire cupping issue, also asked to have tires balanced and rotated and the brakes checked, 40,000+ miles on it. Rich took a look at everything, rotated and balanced the tires, no issues with brakes, or front end. Issue is with the type of tires, basically low end tires from the vehicle manufacturer!!! Tires look great but are prone to cupping. I would recommend this shop and I will return to them for new tires when needed.

Im in the area for a few days. (My sister referred me where she got new tires and a flat repaired.) I Called Custom yesterday afternoon because I found what looked like a small nail in my passenger side rear tire. Fortunately it wasn’t flat. A real human answered the phone and offered thoughtful customer service. Took my vehicle to Custom early this morning. They open at 7:30. They inspected my tire and brought me the small screw that was imbedded into the tread but did not compromise the tire. He gave me the screw and said Ready to go! I’m a traveler and So very thankful for honest people!
