The pharmacy techs are overworked and the cashiers largely ignore you. Possibly because they are overworked as well. The store is clean though.

Two people, a lady cashier and male pharmacist ... I felt like everything was going well until it was time to pay after providing the good RX card for the discounted price to cashier clerk but at check out I didn't get good Rx price listed online for your store, when I asked why, the Pharmacist said it would be another 15 minutes for them to correct their error... I said okay, I came back in 20 minutes, it still wasn't corrected... The pharmacist then told me, I didn't have to wait inside store, and told me to go through the drive-through. Why???? I told him no, I would like to wait inside, I reminded him, he said it would be 15 minutes to correct, but we're well over 15 minutes at this point, but I'll wait. It took another 10 minutes, the Price was still wrong. I had Two prescriptions, both prices were still wrong, so she only scanned one Rx (not two) but I was so Frustrated with the entire process and I had my sick child with me; I just paid and left. why is the pharmacy trying to rip customers off? Y'all ain't rich enough off sick folks? Why are they scanning one RX when you have two? .. why are your good RX prices not matching what you have listed online? Scamming the people or something else shady is going on at this pharmacy.... or discrimination... Either way, I was not pleased!

Sadly, the CVS brand (the way they represent themselves anymore), this specific location’s customer service (or lack thereof) and most importantly the way this particular pharmacy and the CVS in North Ft Myers across from Walmart treat their patients/customers is just down right unethical and unacceptable from a name everyone trusts for all their health needs! The pharmacist David treated my 60 year old husband, who was clearly recovering from a major operation, with such disregard, that I plan on seeking some kind of formal apology from corporate after they remove such an uncaring health worker from their company. The pharmacist flat out told my husband, who was clearly on a level 20 for pain, that not only will he not go the extra mile to try to help find another CVS in town with the much needed meds but that he also decided to cancel the order that was already submitted try

Their customer service sucks. We ordered syringes for my mom who is insulin dependent, they were never delivered. When I called, they hung up on me 3 times. I would not recommend CVS, they just need to go out of business.

I lelt Walgreens down road because their customer service was horrible. Little did I know CVS is just as bad.I have severe arthritis have had back surgery and dealing with nerves pain. My Doctor prescribed medication to help with the pain(tramadol) which is a mild pain medication it do not make you high it helps with the pain. Every month they give me a hard time treat me like I'm some drug addict.Everyone in Florida are not drug addicts, but that's how they treat you. Horrible customer service!!!!
