Please do not bother going to this pharmacy. For years I’ve had issues with them but today was the last straw. I’m 6 months pregnant and my doctor ordered an inhaler for me because I cannot breathe. Yesterday they sent it in and the pharmacy confirmed the receipt, I called 2 times once early this afternoon and another time about 30 45 minutes ago, and the pharmacist insisted he did not see any prescription and the doctor would have to call him. I called Publix instead to see if they could get it transferred over, they said they would call but it may take 24-48 hrs and cvs would need to have the actual prescription for it to be transferred. My doctor called and stated the same man at CVS said they have the script transferred everything over to Publix. So not only am I going to have to suffer for possibly 2 more days but when I called back he straight up lied and said oh it was in here it was probably just the system. No it’s incompetence and the dismissiveness that he had towards me like I had no idea what I was talking about was extremely disrespectful. I don’t care to have a reply from CVS I’m putting this out here to WARN users from this location.

Every time I come in, my prescription is out of stock. EVERY TIME!! My doctor calls it in and I give it a few days. Nope. Every time.

Save yourself some stress and Do not go here! The older white gentleman/pharmacist that works here is very very rude. I had a prescription transfered here from a different pharmacy and he kept saying he doesn't have it, no willingness to look at his computer, even though I had him spoke to the pharmacist who transfered my prescription. I was begging him to look cuz I really need the medicine I had a 104 degree fever, and shivering and He doesn’t care if youre dying. You figure it out yourself, another white older lady worked with him that day too, very cold, also no care in the world, No sympathy and no consideration. absolutely not happy with their jobs!

I've never seen a pharmacy make so many mistakes and then pass the mistake on by saying "oh that pharmacist is a floating and not part of this store" ...how scripted!

Usually, they're awesome. But dont get pregnant.. the older pharmacist, Mark, is determined to make every month miserable if you are. He answers the phone as "Grand central station" he also makes sure that every single month, the medicine keeping me from getting sick and losing my baby, is never in stock.. so it's the absolute most stressful time of every single visit to this pharmacy. I dread walking in and being treated less than human for needing the medications I do to keep my baby alive. I have never felt so disregarded and discriminated against in my life! Ivan is amazing and wonderful though. Never had an issue and is always professional in every single way. I only stayed because I would go in on his days.. but they switch up so much that it doesnt matter, it's pure dread every car ride there.

Seems like they're understaffed or just do not care. I walked up to the counter to drop off a prescription and waited for a few minutes, the guy in the back who was filling prescriptions made eye contact with me and said nothing. I waited a bit longer to see if someone was going to come to help or if the gentleman whom clearly acknowledged my presence would do something, neither happened. I left, and went across the street to another pharmacy.

The staff is great, but are always working by themselves trying to fill prescriptions answer phones and questions. Please get these pharmacists some help.
