Honestly, I’m always disappointed with this CVS. Poor customer service in the pharmacy. Always have some sort of issue with my prescriptions. The hours suck. The only reason I continue getting my prescriptions filled there is because it’s closest to my house. Honestly, taking the trip to the one on colonial would probably save me a lot of time and frustration.

Worse place ever, doesn't care about customer service, doesn't have percription ready on time ever, then you wait in a long line, I person always only working the counter, then they can't find your perception in the bin it is supposed to be in. This has happened multiple times. Will be taking my percriptions elsewhere.

These people at the pharmacy are completely incompetent and a blonde hair lady is extremely rude asking personal questions that don't pertain about my spouse.

Yes, they have long lines at drive thru, and inside. BUT I have never had a rude employee. NEVER. It’s usually the customers getting nasty with the workers. I feel they’re doing their best and don't deserve to be treated with the disrespect I’ve seen. Find another pharmacy if you’re in that much of a hurry. AMAZON returns are a breeze too.

Terrible pharmacy, they never got my prescription in, never got my last name spelled correctly, and never got my phone number correctly in their system. I do not recommend this pharmacy!!!!

You call the pharmacy and they don't pick up the call, more than 2 days trying to get through to me and the call takes just over an hour and they don't answer.

I drove to the CVS after sitting on hold for 30 mins and was told they don't pick up the phone in the evening by one of the worker. As I waited in line I heard the phone going off the whole time, and everyone just ignoring it. When I spoke with one of the techs she notified me that they did not receive the script after my doc sent it in 4 hours ago. They are just lazy there. Do not rely on them for pain relieving medicine for your children, they do not care and are very disrespectful. On a side not they have hipaa violations everywhere, Don't trust them with your information.

I’m not one to complain or give bad reviews, but enough is enough. This pharmacy is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I waited 40 minutes today inside the store, after I waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes behind 1 car. I was picking up two prescription. One of the prescriptions was supposed to be ready 1 week ago! I got a notification that my prescription was ready. Yet, when I get there, they don’t have it and it is also out of stock. Then to make matters worst, the prescription that was ready was an overflowing bottle of pills. I have never seen anything like this in my entire life. It looks like they ran out of bottles and were trying to fit all in this one. I’ve have been going here for about a year now since they had better prices through my insurance. But this happens EVERY time. NOT just today. It’s been quite a few times. I definitely would not recommend this location at all and will not be using them anymore.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. You always wait more than an hour to pick up a prescription. They never answer the phone. The customer service is terrible. Waited in line In the drive-through for 15 minutes, Got to the window at 1:28 PM and they closed the window right in front of me without saying a word when they’re not supposed to Close until 130 for lunch. Tried speaking to a manager with no help. Switching pharmacies.

Sitting in drive through services for 35 minutes should be unacceptable! There are 2 people inside waiting on customers. Ive been at the window watching them and 4 guest have been checked out while Im still sutting here with about 7 cars behind me.

This pharmacy is hands down the worst I have ever dealt with. It takes them at least 20 minutes per car in the drive through. It’s quicker to go inside. The people are never polite. Get notifications that a prescription is ready only to go down there and they say they are still working on it and can’t do anything about the notifications. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt because I figure everyone has a bad day now and then, but this is EVERY time I’ve dealt with them. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

Worse place to call and ask about a prescription...on hold for 65 minutes and had to hang up cuz of dead phone battery. It's always hard to get someone on the phone. They say use app..but app won't let you order a med that is on hold for some reason . So you have to call and get it off hold. And it's a pain in the rear to stop after work cuz they close for lunch and reopen at 2 and I get off work at 1:15 and have to sit in drive thru until 2..gets boring after you work 8 and a half hours yourself.

I went to this CVS location with a prescription for pain management. The pharmacist tech at the desk was very professional and polite. She had a question pertaining to my prescription. She approached the pharmacist in which I heard him say to the tech “it’s from Dr. Solomon, he’s not a credited doctor. I do not trust him, I’m not filling it.” She then went behind the wall to speak to someone else who also rejected my prescription to be filled. After explaining to them the reasoning behind why I needed the medication which was because of a car accident, I am in extreme pain. I’ve been a loyal customer to CVS for many years and never had such a horrible experience within those years. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else and that this problem gets spoken about resulting in a resolution.
