I had a great experience at CVS Pharmacy recently. The cashier, Jean, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She greeted me with a warm smile, quickly rang up my items, and even took the time to make sure I had all the discounts available. It’s always a pleasure to be helped by someone who clearly cares about customer service. Thanks, Jean, for making my visit so pleasant!

Pharmacist Irfan has been a lifesaver many times for us these past few months. More than once he went out of his way to make sure our meds were filled in due (sometimes on short notice) time. Irfan truly loves his job and does his best to satisfy his clients. Thank you, Irfan!

Irfan is always great to see. Every time I walk in there I’m greeted with “Heeey my friend, how have U been, family good?” and then proceeds to get my medication. Never been delayed and communication was ALWAYS on point. Friendliest and happiest staff I’ve dealt with in a while.

This CVS is awesome. Ifran and his team have been great to work with at the pharmacy. Unfortunately, I have spent many hours waiting on prescriptions for sick family members over the years at many different CVS & Walgreens. This CVS has easily been the best experience I’ve had at a pharmacy. 5 stars!

Absolutely horrible phone etiquette. I called to ask how to remove my phone number from their system since I don’t have an account with them but I’m constantly getting calls from them to pick up a prescription. The young lady who answered from store front was kind and transferred me to pharmacy to see if they could help. However, that person was very dismissive and hung up the phone in the midst of me talking. Absolutely rude !

Jean at the front register is THEE worst. She is so very rude. I've had a couple encounters with her and it's always the same. Sucks because this is local CVS. Today is the last time I come here. I'll have to drive up the road going forward.

On November 22nd 2024, I went into CVS to complete a Doordash order. I also had to buy a USB Charger for my cell phone as well. I was helped by Elizabeth.
On both the Doordash order and also for my cell phone purchase, I received excellent service. Elizabeth was helpful, friendly, courteous, and respectful. Thank you Elizabeth. Hope you have an incredible day!

Though lately I haven’t been very happy with the CVS on Jetport Commerce Parkway - always understaffed and pharmacists go thru a revolving door - today I was very pleased with the customer service from Irfan. I had a 9 a.m. doctors appointment after which they were to send in the prescription. Early in the afternoon I headed to CVS. When I get there - they said they received no prescriptions, but when I called the doctor, they said they sent them, but would re-send them - guess it was lost in the ‘cloud’. So, I headed back home. Later, Irfan calls me personally to tell me they were ready. I did appreciate that. CVS needs more employees - apparently there is a shortage of pharmacists as this location has to use roving pharmacists.
