I commend the employees at CVS on Daniels Pkwy in Ft. Myers, FL. Especially the service of Jason, the manager. Also, John Cook and Emmanuel at the check out have always been available to answer any questions and provide excellent and efficient service.

My daughter tried to get a prescription for anxiety and the pharmacy refused to fill a prescription that she has been on since she was 17....and shes 63 years old now. Her Dr. Called in this script for her. My daughter called the pharmacist, who was very rude, said the script was denied and there was no chance that she could fill it. She could have cared less about my daughter going into withdrawals over NOT having her medication and we are currently homeless for the first time ever and we are both under a lot of stress right now as it is. She even explained that to the pharmacist and the pharmacist (some female) could have cared less about her, and her health.
So, as far as CVS saying they care about your health, ummmm, that is not true,as we found out!
We will Never deal with CVS again.
We even called corporate to file a claim! This is nothing my daughter EVER experienced before and feels as tho it is quite heartless, unnecessary and just plain ridiculous! We will never deal with CVS again!!!!! NEVER EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Went for my passport photo, took a few minutes as I changed in the store (and changed back) along with its processing. The associate was helpful; walked me through the process and waited to emails and links hit (had to go outside for email update). Pleased and would recommend the service and the store for all needs.

This pharmacy team is the best we have ever had anywhere we have lived. They go above and beyond to take care of your every need. My wife and I are both on a number of medications so our experience with this pharmacy team is extensive. Wish we could rate above 5 stars!

On Wednesday, I went to the CVS pharmacy to use my gift card when I came to the register a woman who was sitting on the floor working on in inventory. I asked her that I needed help with my purchase and she looked at me got up with a little bit of attitude because I guess I didn’t use the self check but the reason I didn’t use the self check was because I had the gift card and I’ve never used the gift card with a self check at any CVS Pharmacy When I handed her the card she told me to swipe it and I did and for some reason, it didn’t work she started giving me instructions on what to do and these were instructions that she was going to do, but I guess she really didn’t wanna help anyway she told me to put the numbers in and I did put the numbers in and it still didn’t work so she told me with an attitude that I would have to call the number on the back to see what’s wrong. It may not have any money so I left. I went to another CVS pharmacy today and the manager there went above and beyond to help me and I was able to purchase using the gift card. Just wanted to tell you how in my humble opinion how horrible I was treated.

They rarely have CAFFEINE FREE diet soda and when it shows in the weekly ad online as on sale, there is never a sign in the aisle saying it's on sale. So, you'd better know that info prior to going there.

First, CVS delivers vague text info on “issues” with prescriptions. I tried 3 times to talk to pharmacist by phone to understand the issue with my prescription from my neurosurgeon at a large, well known hospital, but received voice mail. Though I was in no shape to drive, I drove the mile to Daniels-Fiddlesticks Fort Myers CVS - my “controlled substance” Tylenol + Codeine was out of stock. Was willing to drive two more miles to another CVS, but not allowed to transfer my small emergency prescription. Other doctor requested medication was OTC. I asked to have it brought to window, but not allowed. So I entered the store using a shopping cart as a walker to purchase what I needed. No “sorry” or offer to have med at counter to help me out though Caitlin knew my walking issue. She was patronizing as I checked out.

I was greeted with a smile, they assisted me with the RX website and was happy to do so! VERY, NICE AND HELPFUL EVEN THOUGH THEY RUN A VERY FAST PACE AT THIS STORE!! THANK YOU!
