Worst CVS in the area. I’ve put in a complaint with their corporate office finally as of today. They deleted my prescription, take zero accountability, had to have the doctor rewrite it. I tried to explain this to them and ask why, Emily whoever that is just replied to me everyone has a story and I’ll get to your order when I can probably like um like around hmmmm 4:00 pm today. This occurred around 10am in the morning. I explained that I have children and one is disabled that it’s uncomfortable for not only my children but others when I have to sit and wait for hours. The above was her response. As long as she is getting her paycheck right!

Worst pharmacy in Lee county. Lines are ALWAYS long. Even when they are short the techs take their sweet ass time to acknowledge you.. even if there is maybe a 4 car line, you will most likely wait for over 45min to an hour to get helped. They are TERRIBLE !!

The pharmacy is a joke. I switched pharmacies to one that will actually fill prescriptions. The staff is rude as well.

Pharamicst Esthere is very rude and bad at customer service but mostly importantly she failed to inform me of a very important policy, & than lied on my customer account resulting in me not being able to get my needed medication the day i needed it. Now my doctors is closed & no one can help. The worst part is when i asked for the spelling of her name she refused to give it to me. I wouldve read her name tag but couldnt see it clearly. She said “spell it however you wanna spell it” and i told her i need it to call customer relations she said “oh yeah sure, im going to get fired!” Thats not my intention, but rather to inform someone of her lieing about informing me of the policy that i need a doctor within 5 miles.customer relations agreed they have certain policy and that she shouldve explained it to me correctly but regardless the point she lied .

I came out of the store and two of my tires were slashed. This was on a Thursday at noon. Don't go near this place.

Walking up to the store there were homeless people sleeping on the side and there was a strong urine smell. I picked up some photos and really should have looked closely at them because they came out blurry. Avoid this location if possible and go to one of the others down the road.

I Appreciate the time the pharmacist, Esther took to help me resolve my question about an over-the-counter drug. She's always kind and very professional. She's one of the reasons I look forward to going there.

I was greeted as I entered the store. I told the greeter, I wasn't sure if I'm at the right place, I showed him my drop-off. He answered in a pleasant tone and showed me where to go. As I approached the section, the store clerk greeted me and asked if was UPS. I said yes, and he attended to me instantly. After shopping for a few things, he was there again to cash me out. I would encourage anyone to go there. Excellent customer service!

Pharmacy needs a new manager; The pharmacy staff likes to lie about the prescriptions half the time they say their waiting on the doctor approval its most likely means they forgot to do the refill

the shift superviors claimed to be the mgr. I went to return 5 8x10's out of 31 done online. I was treated like thief. can I have your drives to check if you return a lot. which I never do! Told me they do refunds on pictures if they bad because of me. Right on the envelope it states photos are guaranteed. I ask do you treat all customers like thieves or just me? He finally gave me a refund like he was doing me a favor. I worked for this company for 27 years as a store mgr. I would never go back and I will tell all my family, friends and coworkers not shop this store. I only go here. Because it is on the way to work. Everyone i know at Lee memorial Hospital I plan on telling them not shop there. CVS at 2403 Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, Fl. Do Not Shop here!!!

I come to this store all the time and just because I was down in the slumps and sick as hell trying to buy cold medicine. I was judged by my appearance I understand that there are a lot of homeless people in the area but you can not judge a book by it's cover. Instead of watching me an thinking I was going to steal I was overcharged for the things that I bought so who's the one stealing now...

I had an appointment for a vaccine at 10AM. Arrived and checked in at 9:55. There were no other customers around, but I was told it would be a 30 minute wait before they could get to me. What’s the point if an appointment then?!?While I waited I bought a bottle of water. When I went to the cashier the manager was on the register. He immediately took a phone call as I approached and proceeded to be on the phone for the entirety of my transaction. Talk about terrible customer service
