This store deserves a negative ten the service is horrible the pharmacist are lazy they do not help the tech this store is nasty they’re always out of medication what is the purposes of a pharmacy if you do not have medication CVS need to go back to the drawing board to learn how to run a successful pharmacy this is ridiculous 3.11.25

This is one of my favorite cvs pharmacy .The place looks clean and customer service is excellent I don’t know why people have negative reviews in this place it’s truly a great place :)

My experience - poor. First, the only reason I asked for RX’s to be sent to CVS is because of pinched nerve in my back and didn’t want to get out of car. All RX’s had been sent to pharmacy at and before 5:09 pm. Took over an hour for them to populate in CVS system (I watched diligently on the app). Took until 7:15 pm to be filled and then when I drove there before 7:30 pm to pick them up the drive thru had closed even though pharmacy is open until 8 pm. So had to hobble inside to get my RX’s walking past beggars outside, not feeling at all safe. Got RX’s and sure enough get tapped on the way out to my car for money. Get home only to find that one rx says 14 day supply but there is only an 8 day supply. So no consistency in labeling and don’t know if this is a pharmacy error or what. The bottles are very difficult (great for older adults with arthritic hands and no kids around 😡) childproof lids with no option to flip to a screw cap like Walmart rx bottles. Why can’t you do better CVS? I’m going back to Walmart, since they’re faster, have better lids, feel safer and don’t have confusing labeling. If I had known I’d have to go inside after dark with questionable people lingering around, after trying to use your drive thru, I would have just went to Walmart. At least then I could have started the drugs early enough in the day, now I’m waiting until tomorrow to start the course for one of them.

Pharmacy is horrible. I needed an insulin syringe and they would not sell me one, even though I’m a type 1 diabetic. The cashier tried but the pharmacist was a four letter word that wasn’t about to help.

Just left this store. Corporate needs to do something. Store is gross, made the mistake of going into the bathrooms. 🤢🤮😷

Pharmacy is horrible. Not the pharmacist, but the cashier who knows nothing about what he is doing. He knows no English at all. I had to type my name in the computer because he couldn’t spell it. I mean he knew no English at all. I don’t mind him not speaking English. But why the hell are you putting him as cashier at the pharmacy?!

This pharmacy is the best the all CVS on town the staff kind I like the concerned about you Lehigh Acres is the rude service mostly the employees the best service is on 4710 palm beach and Ortiz I living on Lehigh acres but I shopped in this in this farmacy
