Main Pharmacist is great, knows my name even with all of the other customers. Special ordered a brand of my medication that I prefer. Scripts are filled quickly if you're in-store and waiting. Hasn't been too busy whenever I go.

Ok I do work here but..... I had a Rx at Walmart for over a week just sitting there and they weren't processing it. I asked Sarita to have it transferred over and she had it done in no time!!! Within minutes!!! She is the best. All of our customers LOVE her! The whole team in Rx and in the Front Store is a pleasure to work with. I would not be working here if not for that!!! This review is my customer experience from today.

Worse pharmacy ever. They never answer their phone. They never follow up. I am now being told if I want a prescription transferred to them it will take them 24-72 hours to get it ready.

Had a virtual CVS Dr appointment and went the next day to pick up prescriptions. The woman at the pharmacy counter could not find my prescriptions and was not being helpful. She had no idea that CVS has a virtual clinic and told me she had no idea how to find my prescriptions and that I should call the Dr back. I informed her that CVS virtual Dr’s have no number to call so how would that be possible? Then the pharmacist stepped in and found my prescriptions only to be told that CVS does not take Florida Blue PPO. To top it off, the woman at the counter would not stop texting on her phone while she had customers. Such a miss managed store and boy has CVS gone down hill.

Whoever rated this as “good” wasn’t in this pharmacy. Go through the drive through if you have a full tank of gas. Plan on at least 2 visits before you can get your Rx . Take a look at the trash in the aisle and in the pharmacy itself. This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been in. Go to the one at Pine Rd and Summeriln. It is clean, they have people that actually work and you should get your RX. I would have rated it lower but 1 star was as low as it would go.

Wouldn't tell anyone to use your pharmacy. Even the 2 people in front of me couldn't get their prescription either..we all commented to change..

Waited till 210 for people to get back from lunch. Girl was rude!!! Put scripts in bag and never said anything else to me!!
