Very bad attitude, careless about patient concerns , very poor experience, no sense of urgency
Are not eager to help or care about customer, if there is no stock they did not put any alternative to help the patient, patient has to wait and that is it regardless of his case , pain , how this medicine can affect his life style especially if he is caring about other people
They do not have any solution for medicine delay for days , no sense of urgency
Thinking to change to another pharmacy
Patient is not number one in their work they are just careless with bad attitude and not eager to help people and this is management responsibility to deal with their problems, because they do not care how is important the medication to patient.

Pharmacy drive through constantly has sign up stating “Pharmacy Department Closed”; I’ve seen this over the course of the last 2 weeks, when the pharmacy is indeed open and still has over an hour until close according to the hours posted RIGHT NEXT TO IT.Today I ended up going inside and making a joke about it while they filled the script; they just don’t acknowledge the comments about it.My concern for me is what if an elderly person pulls up and doesn’t know it’s actually open if you walk inside (if they even can?) and doesn’t get their medication they need. Blows my mind, not to mention there are several staff in the pharmacy.

Lol. They’re jokes. I called and a guy answered with “be with you in an hour” and hung up. Called again and they said “fuck you”. Boy, are you in the wrong profession ??

The pharmacist is rude and not equipped to handle the job. Went in for my birth control that I’ve been using for years. She proceeded to tell me that this one didn’t come with the syringe and I would need to buy some. I told her that’s not possible I’ve always had it come with my medication. She also told me I needed to go somewhere to take it like a doctors office or something to that effect. Which is also inaccurate. She clearly has no training and isn’t aware of the types of medication she’s giving to people which is DANGEROUS! When I told her that wasn’t possible she proceeded to get an attitude with putting her hands in the air at my face telling me to calm down. Also while I was still paying she just took off and ignored me!!! I could have walked out without paying she she wouldn’t have realized. So she also clearly doesn’t care if people steal. Find a better pharmacist!!
