I gave them one star because the truth is they are very irresponsible and variable in their opening hours. On Google it says that this store closes at 11 pm. Come at 9:55 pm and it turns out it is closed. What kind of store does that? Play with their customers' time. Please be more serious.

I had a great experience at CVS thanks to the cashier, Jose. He was very patient, friendly, and made the checkout process smooth and pleasant. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who treats customers with kindness and respect. Thank you, Jose, for your excellent service!

Drive thru? Just keep driving. No attention given to customers, busy yes? We all are. So be prepared to stare at this window for 10 minutes & hopefully you don’t mind having your time disrespected. Button pressed, waiting patiently burning up gas , no one coming to help.

Usually I try to give a place the benefit of the doubt… but sometimes when the reviews say that a place is trash, believe them!! This place is Understaffed, clueless & a complete waste of time. I went for a simple picture to be printed, machine didn’t work. I’m given the option to pay at the store and pick up elsewhere…. YEA RIGHT! The next cvs had no idea what I was talking about… so I wasted my time coming here for an easy print, then wasted my time taking their advice in going to another store with having my order completed.

Really wish zero stars was an option. They clearly do not care about their 2.3 review rating at the time I am typing this. The pharmacist and staff are nasty at this location, we have pulled all perscriptions. I was treated very badly by her and after a call to corporate to explain what happened, was told that they cannot promise that the district manager would call me back to discuss the actions of their employee. Very rude, curt and uncaring at this location. It is clear that they are busy, understaffed and simply trying to get through their shifts. Problem is - this is Healthcare and very important to the patients/customers that you serve. If my doctor acted this way I would fire them and find a better one, I have done exactly that in this case. I strongly advise against this CVS location.

Today I waited at the drive thru behind some lady for about 10 minutes and nobody even came to the window. We both just drive off. I explained to someone there before that a particular medicine I am no longer taking yet they call me daily to pick it up. I have called numerous times to speak to someone to cancel this script and it is extremely frustrating to not get a live person. I’m done with CVS!

If you can actually get ahold of someone, whoever you speak to is either rude or incredibly unhelpful. Will be switching pharmacies because I’m so done with dealing with this one.

I don’t understand why some businesses are allowed to close whenever they feel like it. If you’re going to post that you are open till 11 PM, that is very rude to close early because people made me driving from far away to buy something there that they need they just not fair, how employees yes, play with peoples time like that
