After Waiting for awhile behind another car, I finally pull up to drive thru and guy closes window in my face to go to lunch, come back later now 10 cars inline , ugh retail workers really don't care about the the customers anymore

Showed up right as they were closing for lunch and John took great care of me even though he probably didn’t have to!… Even while his female colleague was upset that I was there (and mentioned it lol) he had a great attitude and looked for the prescription himself since the other tech refused to. Legitimately a nice guy trying to do good.

I stopped there today and asked if they sold CPap supplies and she said no, but let me see if I can help. Iris was her name, and to make a long story short, this lady went out of her way to help a stranger in need. She was working the front counter and was busy, but helped me . She was awesome! Thank you so much Iris.

This CVS isn't the worst, this review is just for a specific person who works in the pharmacy. This is not only from personal experience but family and friends who were unlucky enough to have pick up their prescription specifically through the drive through. An older man, who's name i don't know who makes me wait 10+ minutes which i could care less about, has the audacity to show me disrespect every time i have come through to pick up a prescription, scoffing at my prescription, going off to do something else, throwing my stuff in the basket and walking away, blatantly saying no to using stuff like apple pay because he doesn't want to learn a payment method that is in his job description. Rolling his eyes when i (when i was an employee) wanted to try to use my benefits / discounts for the fee and telling me "it's 5 dollars just pay it" in no way do i want anything negative for this man, but what i do want is for him to get a reality check and stop being disrespectful to customers especially in his subpar job that isn't fast pace, me asking a question or coming through the drive through isn't worth the disrespect, a 60 year old man shouldn't be giving me 16 year old attitude.

We used the drive-thru pharmacy, John was the associate. John must really hate his life and job because he was miserable! No greeting, no please, no thank you, no do you have any questions. His demeanor was that we were not welcome and an ordeal just to give the prescription! This individual should not have chosen a job in customer service. Needless to say, we will NOT be coming back and I will have my scripts transferred to somewhere else!!!

3 months ago I was shorted and there system for checking packaging that is supposed to be the end all be all...I was told that they could neither confirm or deny if it was packaged properly..taking 6 days to let me know that,then the last 2 months they were short in store. Poorly managed pharmacy!

In mid-December, just as Omicron was starting to surge, DH and I needed Covid tests before starting the next leg of an East Coast trip. While CVS stores are seemingly everywhere, this was the closest to our Bonita Springs resort that was offering appointments for the test. We could not find a same-day appointment. The next day, late afternoon time, while not ideal, worked out fine. The on-line application worked fairly well. The best part was being able to do a drive-thru test. It took a bit more than ten minutes for two of us. Sorry for the car waiting behind us! The pharmacist seemed to be on "remote." Not rude, but not very friendly either. We were told we would have results in one to two days. Happily we only had to wait one day for results. Both negative!

They never let you use their bathroom. The only employee that tells me anything told me she doesn't let customers use the bathroom because she doesn't like to clean them. This isn't North fort myers.

This is the most helpful friendliest CVS, & the only one I choose to frequent. The women cashiers with glasses are so incredibly helpful and friendly, they always make you feel so welcomed. I assume everyone else is just as friendly, I just haven't really encountered them. Highly recommend.

I went to this CVS Pharmacy 11/29/2019 to pick up prescriptions and the pharmacist said she only had 1 ready .I got a text this morning telling me I had another ready after the one yesterday said I had no more ready to fill .So I go to pick it up and the arguing started .I was leaving and a man said he was the manager and he started telling me to leave .I am disabled and walk with a cane so this man who said he was the manager flipped the BIRD at me. He then walked up and pushed my cart with the CANE in it about 25 feet ahead of me .I told him I needed the cart to hold on to so I did not fall .He flipped the bird at me again and walked the other way .A man shopping brought my cart and Cane back to me .I am 75 years old and I never knew that CVS DISCRIMINATED against old people .My insurance pays for about $3,000.00 a month for prescriptions .This CVS is the one on Alico Mission Way their phone number is 239-433-2110
