Thank God for CVS is all I can say. The medication the Dr added it's mixed with Sulfur and I have an allergy. The pharmacist brought it to my attention. Shame to the dr writing a prescription and I’m allergic. Thank you to CVS for having my back.

Staff was great, helped me figure everything out. Leaving a 1 because the new phone system was what caused all the issues, having to leave messages/call backs. System is terrible.

Very bad place. Workers are just rude and nasty. Has to be the worst CVS that I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve gone several times because it’s closer for me but always have the same experience with everyone that works there

If my health insurance covered Walgreens I’d be going there instead. They don’t fill prescriptions and won’t tell you they aren’t filling them. When they call you back they hang up immediately every single time.

I recently visited CVS to purchase a few items using coupons and to pick up some photos along with a custom tumbler. I have to say, Jorge, one of the associates, provided outstanding service! Every time I come in, no matter how late it is, Jorge is always more than happy to assist with a positive attitude and a friendly demeanor. His helpfulness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly make shopping here a pleasant experience. Associates like Jorge are the reason I’ll continue to visit this location. Thank you for your excellent service!

I just went to pick up my medication prescribed to me by my pcp. I have been going to this pharmacy for years with zero issues. Today 07/25/2024 I am very upset how I was denied my medication from Ryan. He was very hostile towards me and aggressive as well. He called me entitled and said other derogatory words. Pharmacist Ryan said he was not giving me my medication and I then proceeded to call corporate on him. He was upset I said they need to have signage for customers like myself who used a savings card on medication. I waited an hour in line through drive-thru to be told to go back in line and wait again because I am using a savings card and the paperwork needed to be completed again. That is absurd. Ryan humiliated me and made demands to me in front of other customers. This was after I decided to go inside. He does not have proper etiquette or training on how to properly handle situations that arises. CVS pharmacy please be more selective with the pharmacist you hire. This was uncalled for. I am currently waiting on a call back from the district manager of this location. This situation needs to not occur to anyone else.
