This store offers a passport photo service but since they have almost no staff, they argue over who will do it and no one wants to help take the photos and as a last option they send the customer to Publix or UPS which is in the front block.

This CVS is just so unprofessional and understaffed. Tonight during the drive through the young white female with glasses refused to give me medications because they were closing soon. God forbid something happens to me and I need them tonight. I expressed to her this was unfair and I was unsatisfied she then hung up in my face and walked away. Will be taking my services to Walgreens from now on.

I went to pick up some medicine. And first of all, I wait, being the first in line, for more than half an hour. I am greeted by a young white woman. She looks at me with contempt for being Latino. I told her in English that I have come to pick up my medication. and she tells me speak english. I told her I'm speaking English. I literally threw away the medication, I don't know how CVC a major pharmacy hires people like that. Until they receive a demand, they will take into account those they hire.

My 2 prescriptions were sent there and when I got there they only had one of them the other one was missing. This is the second time that they messed up with my prescriptions the last time I had to go to another Pharmacy because they didn't have my prescription there as well. I'm switching pharmacies I'm going to the Publix across the street from now on

This store needs training in customer service to learn that the customer comes first no matter what. There was one person in front of me to pick up prescriptions and a total of 6 people working and Noone even greeted us let alone took care of us in excess of 5 minutes. Totally unexceptable .

The head pharmacist and the pharmacist are just rude . They go not want to help and will tell you they’ll get to you when they feel like it .

This pharmacy has made the same mistake multiple times. They’ve never apologized let alone fix the underlying issue despite saying they fixed it each of the 3 separate times. Staff are less than professional and always appear overworked and unhappy. There are always long wait times.

pharmacist “eddie” refused to check other cvs locations to see if medication was in stock & claimed the system doesn’t let you check other stores - as a former CVS pharmacy tech, i’ve personally checked for this particular medication for numerous patients, so it’s very disappointing to be lied to when seeking care. when i brought this up, he walked away in the middle of what i was saying. despicable that someone like this is making life altering decisions for patients and telling them to physically drive to each pharmacy to check if a medication is in stock when all it takes is the click of a button.

Do not waste your time trying to call about a prescription, you will get put on hold immediately and stay there until you get fed up and just hang up. Not everyone has access to internet/apps or a vehicle so we rely on speaking to a person. Busy or not you can still be attentive to the phone as well. And when you do go in person you are met with attitudes.

Just called to see if I could get a covid test through my insurance.I was told they don't run the tests through insurance anymore, and that I'd just have to pay for it.The individual hung up on me before I could ask any additional questions.

Michael, the pharmacy manager and his team are beyond rude. The attitude and belittling customers is what he does best. If you are not happy with your job, find something else! I use to work in pharmacy so I understand that frustration and stress level but to treat people less than is ridiculous. Be careful how you treat others because you never know who you are talking to. This pharmacy deserves 0 stars.

I moved near this pharmacy 3 yrs ago,at the beginning I gave them the benefit of the doubt but in every single visit to this pharmacy the staff is extremely rude every single interaction from beginning to end they have an attitude to the point where we've been getting our prescriptions at another CVS 20 minutes away their customer service skills are beyond repulsive but reading all the other reviews you can tell management is aware of this issue but do not care to fix it.

Marissa perhaps should consider a different occupation. I understand retail sometimes you’re short staffed and multiple tasked are required. However the wrong attitude with it doesn’t help. I think she actually enjoyed watching that long line of customers most elderly stand there!! Marissa I’m sure you had training when you were hired. I recommend you go back and redo the training on CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I will still shop there just hope to have better service next time. Remember there are multiple pharmacy’s to choose from and yet we chose your store. Yes that’s important ask you’re manager about your store targets!!!!

This is the worst CVS in town. They are rude, disrespectful, slow, their phones never work. They hang up on people all the time if you can even get through to them. Do yourself a favor and just find a different location.
