I really want to like this place but...I researched jewelers and DeMello seemed to be the jeweler I needed. I visited DeMello on 10/5/23 and showed him my wife's wedding ring which had a broken prong. He suggested replacing the entire mount and said he would have to order it and it should be in by 10/12/23. 10/12 came and went with no call so I called him on 10/14. It went to voice mail so I left him a message to which there still has been no response, it's now 10/18. Finally my wife said, "Hon it's a lost cause. Please do not give this jeweler my ring". Back story, I'm not rich. I bought the ring and engagement ring 22 years ago and it cost me $10k back then. It took me 2 years of saving, OT and side jobs to be able to afford it. I did not give this fella the ring when I met him, although I was tempted to. My wife told me to hold on to the ring until the mount came in. Thank God I listened to her. I would be losing my mind trying to get this ring back right now. So the question is, do you want to leave your heirloom jewelry with a place that does not pick up the phone or return messages?

Dropped off my wedding ring on Monday, and it was ready by Wednesday! The ring is a family heirloom and is dated back to 1890. Needless to say it was a bit fragile. I dropped it in the shower and the ruby fell out.Not only did demellos repair the prongs, but they beefed them up quite a bit so it's more sturdy than before.Thank you demellos!!!

I have had numerous stones set here, from eternity bands to large solitaire colored gems. Eddie does the best work, always fair and with a smile. for example he set 99 1.5mm diamonds in a 3 row eternity band for my wife, and every little pave diamond is tight and set perfectly. I pesonally wouldn't go anywhere else, why should you?.
