I paid $25 for express shipping, and they have been holding on to my package for 4 days. They say it's on hold and will be sent out today, every time I ask, and they make it almost impossible to find a way to contact them.

I have been waiting for a package to be delivered. I received delivery date for starting tomorrow as I would be away. I made arrangements for someone to sleep at my house all week to get the delivery . Two days ago, I was notified it was delivering yesterday. WE were home all day- I (Only me) stepped out to ER and arrived home where 3 people were within view of front door.... and I noticed a DHL truck parked exactly across the street from my home. I was excited as he got in and drove away...Got inside and there was NO DELIVERY- Checked status (out for delivery today) that status stayed till I went to bed at 11:00PM- two minutes ago-(next morning) @ 0711 a.m.. I received a text that Delivery it was JUST ATTEMPTED today and no one was home. BEG TO DIFFER BUDDY. I went on line and it shows it was stopped in FT. MYERS for failure to sign for it yesterday time stamped 11:30 PM. Well, good luck now sending it back to CHINA. So pissed you have no idea.

DHL as a company is one of the WORST shipping companies out there. I do not understand how this company is still in business. Customer services is extremely frustrating and probably the most challenging to connect with, if you are ever able to connect with a customer service rep. Most don't speak English, and there is absolutely no accountability what so ever. I have been trying to return a package back to Korea and it has been 2 weeks of an ongoing nightmare in hell. No one can help, or provide any information. Funny, DHL sure didn't have a problem sending the package from Korea, but trying to get it back has been near impossible. I will certainly be contacting the BBB, which really doesn't do much either but it's something. Do yourself a favor and use any other shipping company out there. DO NOT USE DHL!!!!

Disappointing customer service and communication. Tracking is unreliable and remote customer service does not have contact with the local office.
