This store is run by a bunch of managers who don’t care about Customer Service. This one associate named Sheldon in the shoe department is there treating customers poorly, and with disrespect. And when you tell the manager Jordan about it, it was as if he couldn’t care less. If you want to be treated well, go somewhere else

They offer NO DAY delivery. Don't believe what they tell you on the web site if you place an order for delivery; it's wrong. I was told delivery on the 4th and the item hasn't even been picked up by the carrier yet. They need lessons in order fulfillment.

The service I recieved was not very good. This is my daughter first year of wrestling she had some questions about wrestling shoes. We found an employee from the shoe department. Just as my daughter excitedly began to ask her question, the employee stopped her, mid question and said let me help you out. She almost jumped with joy as she smile at the employee. The employee then rushes her to a automated screen, where he proceeds to point at screen and says here use this. No help, no more interaction, and returns to the shoe stock room. We could have ordered from any online store for this type of treatment. Why have a brick and motar store if you are just going to have customers come and use a computer? Most people have cell phones or a computer to order from. A very disappointing visit...

Not much selection for shoes. Horrible customer service when it come to shoes. Also wouldn't return my shoes after not even a day of buying them. Because they looked worn in the inside, even though I only used them to get a feel of them.

Employees damaged the seal on the rear hatch on my car and they will do nothing about it. Repairs cost $335. Stay away, shop elsewhere.

I love this brand but in this store the service is terrible. Once I had to go without my shoes due to poor service from the girl at the checkout called Marily... today I go back and buy some flip flops for my husband. The price was 29.99 and when I get to the checkout I pay for them 42 something I tell the girl and I have the photo where the young man ripped off the price it had. I returned unfortunately because they were too big for my husband and when I got there the price was 29.99 and the young man told me no, they were in the wrong location...

Today at the Fort Myers location my daughter's wallet was stolen in the changing room. Staff was not helpful and was laughing at us. They claimed surveillance cameras were fake. The store was almost empty.
