No lines, 2 registers open and I was greeted at the register and thanked when leaving. I was looking for a DG in the middle of my workday and noticed the negative reviews, almost didn't stop but glad I did. Quick trip for needs. The store was a little cluttered and some shelves light. If you shop at Dollar General it's not shocking. It was actually better than many others I have been to.

Everytime I stop here it's something else. Firstly they don't do the prepaid card services that they literally advertise on the face of their registers and in the apps. But today was wild. The person 3 people ahead of me in line was given the incorrect change. When they asked for the rest of the change the cashier spent 3 minutes arguing that they did. We all clearly saw they didn't. So when they finally admitted they may have made a mistake they said, "I'm sorry I cannot open the register." OK call the manager. "No," he says. Then he asks if anyone is paying cash so he can open the register again. The person 9 spots back in the line (yes, the shift manager had left the cashier alone with a 15 person line) and a cart full of groceries is paying cash. They skip the line. Me and a few other people walked out at this point. 1 star because this is like the fifth time I've had some sort of adverse experience at this store.

I will be giving a 1 to this location as they are always understaffed and the help always has a bad attitude.How do you not know how to use a visa gift card!?And they get mad at the customer because your lines are always backed up!Nope !Its a never again for me.The young lady with the good attitude need to get some training in customer service.

The girl in the back u loading boxes helped me find what I needed and was quick and nice about it. The cashier guy seemed a little clocked out but all in all good trip. A gas can here cost $9,000 or your first born child

THEY JUST INSTALLED NEW COOLERS. Once you walk in store to the right. That whole wall has now coolers. They didn't have them stocked yet so they must have just installed them. The new way they have registers is great. More room up front. Other shelves seemed to be fully stocked. Will be a returning customer! Keep up the great work. ?

Floor manager around 12p.m told me I couldn't return an item because I didn't have receipt for it & saying it was broken! When it wasn't broken! Just too lazy to do the process w/o a receipt!! Very unprofessional!! I went to another Dollar General, & they gladly did the process & took it back!!

Went here less than an hour ago around 12pm 09-24-23. Bad experience. Out of all the times I been here today when I went I felt so disrespected. First time out of all the years. The young black girl that ring me out didn't even greet me. I said hello she didn't say a word. Then when she handed me my change and receipt I said thank you and no response from her. Very disrespectful and she deserves to be fired since she wants to act like that. Even the tall white lady that was ringing up customers on the other side of her was greeting customers and telling them to have a good day. And guess what I'm black myself so race has no issue with this. It's about the level of disrespect I was treated today when I went in there.

Restroom is always broken they don’t wash their hands because they don’t have water… is what he said.. that’s nasty and they handle some food and drinks within the cooler.. absolutely disgusting!!
