Come in today to buy some bombs for the new year of 2025
And when you get home
the pumps were deflated
I went back and asked them a favor if they could change them for me.
then they called the manager
She treated me with a very bad temper.
after . I expected him to attend to the customer
And she attended to me only after her partner reminded her that he was waiting for her.
Then she laughed, inflated the pumps again and told me that if they deflated I could go back.
I responded, “I can't, I'm working.”
And. I don't have time to go back”
He stopped awkwardly and began to inflate new ones,
And among all this I had to return and have another bad encounter
She offered to give me my money back. but in the end I was very disappointed with the service

What I wanted was to have some good bombs for my party decorations

I do at times like to shop here. Unfortunately the store is always a mess and can't get around.

The manager was chatting up the cashier and slowing down the line instead of helping customers, the only 2 lines they had open were backed up in the isles... And they didn't have coin to finish giving me my change

The store was dirty, disorganized and nothing for wheelcarts for handicapped! The cashier was rude, offered no help for party supplies... I won't be returning.

Absolutely horrible experience at one of the stores that I frequent often. At 9:41 p.m. a full 18 minutes before they close almost the manager is walking around telling people that they are closed and locking the door. At 9:45 a sister was standing at the door they open the door to let me out, let her in just to tell her that they were closed. This is absurd. I understand people have lives too but if you're open till 10:00, then be open till 10:00. Don't send the manager around rushing people as they are trying to shop, I purposely didn't buy things because I felt rushed to get out of the store that didn't close for a whole 15 minutes. I do plan on calling the management about this
