I’ve been shopping at Dollar Tree for a while now, but I’m really disappointed with the state of this store. The landscaping is absolutely horrible—overgrown weeds, piles of dead branches, and unkempt grounds everywhere. It’s not just unsightly, it gives the whole area a neglected and rundown feel, which is frustrating as a customer and neighbor.
On top of that, there are always homeless people and RVs parked in the rear parking lot which is really expansive because of the lot's former use as a bar/restaurant. It's uncomfortable and frankly, unsafe. I’ve witnessed some really sketchy situations, and it’s clear that the store isn’t doing anything to address it. I understand homelessness is a complex issue, but it shouldn’t be left to spill over onto private property like this.
The whole experience has become unpleasant, and I’m really reconsidering whether I’ll continue shopping here if things don’t improve. It’s disappointing that the store hasn’t taken more pride in maintaining the area and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for its customers. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses these issues soon.

I like this dollar tree the best out of all in my area! It’s always clean, and they are always restocking like crazy. They also have the best crew that I have encountered always cheerful and helpful.!

The only dollar tree with a valet drop off under roof coverage for when it's rainy lol, loved that! 5 Star for that alone during rainy season!

I must say that ex manager Sheryl will be missed by all the neighbors. That said, my first experience with Isaiah or similar name, was the worst treatment l have ever received in any store, he has a horrible attitude and gesturing that l found perturbing and insulting.On my last visit l forgot one of my bags with 6 items in it, l went in today to enquire, the lady at the register remember the incident and looked for the bag, but she couldn’t find it outside so she called for this new guy to check the office, he took a look and came back to tell me that he couldn’t do anything because he wasn’t present on that day. I asked for the manager and he said “l am the new manager, it is up to me” told me to come back and talk to the person who was there. He added that he didn’t know if l had actually bought the items, l explained that l wouldn’t come under false pretenses to the Dollar store and make something up and he said “wouldn’t you???”With his hands on his hip and a smirk on his face. I felt so embarrassed, l repurchased all the items and left. Cypress Lakes is a very nice neighborhood in Fort Myers where all people treat each other with respect and good manners, clearly this young man is too impressed with himself to fit in our environment. How sad that seniors as myself have to be subjected to this kind of demeanor. I will tell my whole community about this and find myself a new dollar store.
