This is the better store location and is always busy. There's usually a wait at the registers but the store is stocked and clean.

Hey, I just want to say I was highly offended yesterday by one of your employees. I came in as a woman in her 30s to buy a pregnancy test and a UTI test and upon cashing me out, the male cashier looks at me, smiles/snickers and says "UH OH!" out loud. Extremely inappropriate. I work in this plaza, and now I no longer feel comfortable making purchases in this store and will not be returning to this location. I am a manager and this is not acceptable conduct from any sales team member. I could have been trying for a child, I could be going through health issues, any number of things - and to assume and then laugh and make a comment like that was misogynistic and unprofessional.

Decent Dollar Tree. Doesn't have much home doodads but the rest of the store is good with a variety of options.

We’ve been standing in line for over 15 minutes only one cashier obviously overwhelmed with the long line and has called for assistance 3 times. All while the assistant manager walks through the line multiple times on the phone. Do better Dollar Tree.

This trip was specifically disturbing. Me, my 11 year old and my 2 ½ year old came here yesterday at about 830pm. We frequent this store often. Therefore, we are not strangers. It started with us going to the birthday cards. When I looked through the disorganized cards and finally found one, my 11 year old asked if he could get something. I said yes and we headed to the candy aisle. My 2 ½ year old, who was not in a cart, was excited and ran towards the candy. At that single moment we were instantly on the "managers" radar. Maybe it was because i was with two children. Maybe it was because I am a woman. Or maybe it was because I am young or Hispanic. Maybe even all of the above. Whatever it was the "manager" decided to follow us around the store. I must say this is not the first time this specific "manager" has profiled me or I guess my family. I was looking for pretzels that were clearly misplaced. I told my 2 ½ year old to stop touching things and he threw a bag of candy on the floor out of frustration. I asked my 11 year old to pick up the candy because my hands were full and to grab the toddler. The manager was standing there staring at us in the aisle and told me to pick up the candy. I told him that I already asked my child to pick it up and to allow me to be the parent. I proceeded to pick up the single bag of candy and put it on the shelf. He said, my child(toddler) was running around. When i finally turned towards who was talking, i realized I recognized him. I said, oh you're that guy that is always following us around when we come here. Why are you following us it is very creepy because u do it everytime i'm here. He stated he wasn't following me and that he is the store manager and is always tidying up the aisles. I said, your a manger then what is your name? Of course he stayed silent. He refused to give me his name. He then asked me to leave the store. I said, why what did I do? I was confused and concerned for my safety because this went from 0 to 60 in seconds. I got on the phone and called my husband because since I asked why I was being told to leave the "manager" said he was calling the cops to have me removed from the store. A customer in the store was very concerned for me and came over. He asked if I was okay and what happened. He asked why the employee was calling the cops on me. I said i dont know my toddler threw a bag of candy on the floor and the manager was upset by it and told me to pick it up after i was already handling it. I sent my two kids to the car while i waited for the cops to arrive. The customer then checked out and waited in the parking lot offering to be a witness for me. The cop arrived and the "manager" said he wanted a restraining order against me. The cop said the most he could do was a no trespassing. The cop took me outside and asked me what happened. I explained in detail after the "manager" gave his nearly identical story. After the cop spoke to the other customer, the cop told me I can leave, that he is not filing anything. He also said he will tell the "manager" that he overreacted with me and my 2 ½ year old. I still don't know what I did except say that he was creepy for following me aside from my toddler throwing the one bag of candy on the floor. I also still have no idea what this "managers" name is or even how to file a complaint with Dollar Tree. His badge was facing his body. But anyways, talk about abusing your power. I'll never have the courage to come here again.

Old lady at checkout( I think her name was Debra) is beyond rude. I went to check out paid with my debit card. The keypad asked if I wanted cash. I clicked yes because I needed to stop and get gas. I don’t have a local bank. She made a big deal about saying this is a dollar store I don’t have that kind of money. When the drawer opened to give me the cash she said oh great now I don’t have any fives. Completely embarrassing me. How am I supposed to know a store can’t give cash back if they have it as an option when you check out.

The worst store I've ever been to. The employees are very rude. One of them approached me and told me to put back what I had put underneath because he had been there since 4 in the morning arranging. At the checkout I saw some employees treating other customers badly. They wouldn't have a job if we as consumers didn't go. I understand that there are other people who mess things up, but their reaction is already too much. I won't be back for sure.

Tidy and very well stocked, we found exactly what we were looking to find. The aisles were clear of merchandising the floor.
Matt opened another register when the queue started. Fabulous service.

Rita the general manager does not care about none of her employees or the customers. She hires people who are racist, have transgender phobia, disrespectful to other employees and customers. All she cares about is sales. She doesn't train her mangers properly. And her solution to everything is call the police. She sandbags her employees. She's very unappreciative of her employees

Store employees making fun of customers in front of other customers? Really? Won’t be back due to the rude behavior of the cashier named Heather. She needs to be removed from the staff
