Well I walk in and the two lady's at the front desk when trying to ask a question just keep telling you to check in at the computer. They need to learn to be courteous and not rude. Act like you asking them a question is it lrating to them. Need friendly representatives working the front desk.

I have been going to Labcorp since I lived in Bonita Springs, Fl. moved to Ft.Myers 4 years ago and started going to the one in Ft. Myers...personally both places have been great. You also have to be jovial when you come in with a smile on your face and greet the workers there and interact with them, it works both ways. The receptionists are not rude, yes it's true they have 2, this last appointment I had I came early as I usually do with an appointment, I had to wait for my turn, but went it exactly at my appt. time. The technician was the same one I have had for the last 4 years. I interacted with her and gave her a hug, she is exceptional and very efficient, angel hands when she takes your blood samples! It's all about love, love reacts to love! Owners just need to employ more technicians and stop just worrying about their profits and more about their employees!

I don't write reviews but If I could give this place zero stars I would. I went there for an employer drug test so I had no choice. They do not take online appointments. It took over half an hour before I was even acknowledged. Office staff was incredibly rude, probably because they are so obviously over worked, but that still does not justify their rudeness. If you don't like working with the public do something else. They called me and someone else back at the same time, and when I was going to the back the nurse commented "this is like an assembly line, welcome to the party." How unprofessional. The girl at the front desk is rude. They definitely need training in customer service and people skills. I won't be back unless my employer sends me for a drug screen and I have no choice. Do yourself a favor and go to Quest where they are always pleasant and professional and you get in and out quick.

Some of the rudest people to deal with. They have two receptionist, but still you have to check yourself in at a computer. When you ask a question they they won't answer it or they tell you to wait your turn. If you can avoid this location do so at all costs. I would love to see what the owners or managers of this location would have to say about this post. It's not like they were busy either two people in the waiting room. 10 seconds of time is all it would have taken.
