I went into the store on a mission-mission completed! We work from home, and my husband lives in t-shirts and shorts. But we had a dinner to attend, and although not dress up, it did require pants. And his only pair of long pants (think post hurricane Ian) was a well worn pair from DXL. So off I went with them, walked into the store and said to Shannon-I need another pair of these but newer. We walked over to the correct rack and he found what I needed. He pointed out that I could save money if we went for a second pair and since my husband is losing weight, I got the second pair. He asked me about shirts, but he happens to have a good supply of very nice polos, so I was done after 2 pairs of pants. I appreciated that he asked and didn't push. As my husband continues to lose weight, I won't go anywhere else to find him new duds in smaller sizes.

Aggressively helpful staff. Prices are high, but at least you can try things on to see if they fit and no delivery fees unlike ordering through catalogs.

Shirts that fit! Tall shirts without looking like dresses or being incredibly full throughout causing a terrible look. The associates were very helpful!

The sale assistant was knowledgeable, patient, and gave alternatives. What a relief! My grandson needed clothes for an interview and the interview went well because he was qualified and looked appropriate for the position. Thank you DXL.

I've shopped here 4-5 times over the past couple years. Each time I was greeted walking in and never had any difficulty getting assistance from an associate to find a size, open a changing room, etc. The gentlemen that work there are very professional and should be commended for how well they engage with their customers. On top of that, the selection of clothing and sizes is top notch, and I've always found what I was looking for, either in casual or business casual attire. Overall, a fantastic store I enjoy shopping at.
