Had a quick and easy change thanks to Janice ? I believe it was she was amazing and had me up and running within 5 mins because I was unaware my scripts were expired even switched doctors and she was quick and easy !

The staff is all awesome as long as you don’t get assistance from Megan. She was rude and did not tell me the correct information. I had to call back and speak with another nice lady who gave me the correct information.

Horrible customer service by the girl that works on the phone, not the manager she's very nice the but the other girl always has an attitude problem when you ask simple questions. On top of that, she didn't even give me the right answers when she was talking like she was right about everything. She's the reason I will be changing doctors.

I’ve been with them for about 5 years now. Always on top of things, calling you at least a month before your script runs out, reminding you when the state will run out. If you let them know you prefer a certain strain they will call the dispensary direct for you to have it put aside. Any new laws or updates they are on it. Extremely pleasant. After hours care. My script is out, texted the after hours number and Louis (the owner) responded promptly and let me know how much and gave me several ways to pay and told me once paid he would take care of it immediately. . . After hours! Name a doctor’s office that takes care of its patients like that! I recommend them to everyone. They are the best out of all of them I promise !

Aubrey is the best! She is so friendly and informative! I completely forgot my 7 months were almost up and she called me a week before to see if I wanted to take care of it in advance before it was too late. I explained I get off of work at 6 so I wasn’t going to have time to go over there so we did the entire process on the phone and I was even able to get the special deal since it ended today! Thank you Aubrey!

I don't.
Understand why you are paid to sit behind a desk and not answer phones. Patients need their medical prescriptions when we call. I'm trying to pay my prescription and pay my Doctor to where I can go get my medicine. We'll would you know you dont want to answer the phone over 30 minutes before you close. I'm going to a new Doctor .... I do I have to be in pain when you had 30 minutes to answer my phone call to pay the Doctor..........

Called on Friday in the morning to renew my prescription after getting 4 text notifications and multiple calls from the clinic that I needed to renew it. Spoke with Bethany she took my card information and told me I was set to get my medication. The money was deducted from my account. On Saturday I went to the dispensary and they told me they could not provide me my medication because there was no valid prescription for me to get anything and to contact the clinic. They only open Monday to Friday so I was unable to resolve this issue and needed to wait 2 days until they open on Monday.
I’m ok with waiting but is an experience that shouldn’t happen to anyone.
This clinic is good at sending you notifications to renew prescription and getting your money but lack on the actual job they are supposed to do. If I could give this experience a -5 ⭐️ review I would. If you call to renew your prescription ask them more than 3 times if they actually did their job ?

Honestly, best doctor in town expectations were more than just met. The entire staff and crew were friendly straight foward and well informed they took care of me. And with a great medical plan created by the doctor. Hopefully I’ll be feeling better soon.

Aubrey was super helpful with everything. She offered to call me back after she sent some paperwork and update me, and did so in a very timely manner. Great job explaining everything, and filling me in some stuff I wasn't sure on .

This place is awesome. Friendly staff, and straight to the point. Was able to renew my prescription over the phone SAME DAY in MINUTES after my other doctor cancelled my appointment. And the prices are way cheaper than other clinics. This will be my new clinic!

LOVED THE DOCTOR, he was so nice and understanding I qould love to just go talk to him once a week staff was awesome and NAH was so cool I would recommend anyone who needs to go...and very insightful ? and great teachers I say ?

Called when they opened and they got me in same day. Very relaxed and professional. Im already pretty well educated as to what i like but for someone who might not have as much experience they can and are willing to help you find what suits you best
