My experience with Extra Space and particularly with Luvonney Rodriguez has been very positive.
I had trouble getting the title to my new trailer changed so I could give her current registration. While NO fault of Luvonney, (she was following the rules) it was a problem for me. While she did not bend the rules for me, she was very calm, kind and understanding of my situation. She handled everything with a high degree of professionalism, and that is hard to find these days.
I highly recommend Extra Space and in particular the location on Cypress Lakes in Fort Myers!

Luvonney was very helpful and expediting access to storage units of a family member that passed away. Once the proper documentation was provided to her. Access to the units was granted within 24 hours. The experience was very very good. Luvonney is very helpful.

Luvonney at Fort Myers at Extra Space Storage was so kind and helpful as my family spent days working in our unit organizing and preparing to move my brother to his first apartment. This extra space storage space is so clean and up kept extremely well. I wouldn’t pick anywhere else as a storage unit!

Luvonney is a great manager for extra space storage. We’ve had space here for the last 3 or 4 years. HVAC runs well, the facility is always clean and tidy, smells good too.

Staff was very nice and friendly... Checking in for my unit took about 5 mins in which was super easy.
