As a loyal and long-standing customer, I believe it is my right to be informed about any modifications to the pricing structure. It is not only a matter of proper business etiquette, but it also demonstrates a level of respect and consideration towards your valued clientele. Unfortunately, this seems to be lacking in your current approach.I strongly urge you to adopt a more proactive and customer-centric approach when it comes to handling price increases. It is simply unacceptable to implement changes without any prior notice or consultation. A simple phone call or email informing us about the impending increase, along with a courteous explanation, would have gone a long way in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.Furthermore, I find it disheartening that your suggested response to clients who voice their concerns about the price increase is to dismissively say, "oh we'll pay for it." This kind of response demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding towards the financial impact these changes may have on your customers. It is important to remember that your success as a business is intricately tied to the satisfaction and loyalty of your clients.I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. Firstly, I expect a prompt communication from your side explaining the reasons behind the price increase and how it will positively impact the services provided. Additionally, I strongly suggest implementing a more transparent and proactive communication strategy, wherein clients are notified well in advance about any changes to the pricing structure.Please understand that my intention in writing this email is not to create conflict but rather to bring attention to a serious inadequacy in your customer service. I am writing to express my utter dissatisfaction and disappointment with the level of service I received at your establishment.I regret to inform you that my recent experience was nothing short of atrocious. I was subjected to mistreatment and a complete lack of respect from both your manager and assistant manager. Their behavior towards me was not only unprofessional, but also deeply offensive.To exacerbate matters, I was shocked to find that they repeatedly hung up the phone on me. It is both astonishing and deplorable that individuals in positions of authority within your organization would resort to such behavior. This conduct is not only unacceptable, but it also reflects poorly on your business as a whole.As a loyal customer, I have always expected a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from your staff. Unfortunately, this experience has shattered any faith I had in your establishment. I am deeply disheartened and feel compelled to share my experience with others, both verbally and through various online platforms.I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take the appropriate action against those involved. It is imperative that you address this issue promptly and ensure that no other customer has to endure such mistreatment.In conclusion, I implore you to recognize the gravity of this situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it. This is my first time renting a unit with Extra Space Storage and it was great experience!! Kevin was super helpful and answered all of my questions!! He showed me around the facility and made sure I fully understood all of the fees related to my rental! The storage site is very clean and well maintained!!

I called in an emergency and the woman I spoke to was very kind, informative, and helpful. I got my storage unit all arranged for the same day with a lock and everything. 10/10 would recommend.

Did everything online, the system was extremely user friendly they also show examples of what fits in each unit so that helped a lot being that this is my first storage, went into the office and same experience easy smooth and each question was answered, looking forward to seeing how the rest of my time here will go.

So when I showed up they were kind of busy but the gentleman handled everything so quickly it was awesome.I'm so sorry I forgot his name but it was yesterday.I bought three storage units and I had to go back and forth twice all the way to Okeechobee and the second time I didn't even realize it was 6:05 and he was such a sweetheart for one he charged my phone up front at the office and then he brought it up to me and then when I was tying up my trailer and I went to the front everything was ready.I will definitely be doing business with this place again.

This is the 2nd time I have rented from Extra Space Storage. I signed up online, picked a unit size and price that fit my budget, signed the contract and paid my first months rent. So easy. The next day I went to see the unit and bring my storage items over. The office staff was very friendly and made sure I knew exact how to find my unit. Also provided a special lock for me. (They don’t use normal key locks).Their storage units and the facilities are always clean, they have carts you can use to transfer your items from car to unit, they have bathrooms available that are very clean, the facilities, hallways and outdoors are well lit, and gated. I have been there at night and have felt very safe.I highly recommend this storage facility.

Love that as soon as I made my reservation online. Rafael called me to make sure I was well taken care of and able to assist me with the Size storage I needed. I toured the place before my move-in. I felt confident to leave my possessions in storage.Thank you Rafael.
