If I could give this place 100000000 stars I would. My son lost his glasses in the ocean and we were leaving for a cruise next morning. Called there at 3 they had them ready at 6. Allie saved his birthday trip and saved us a week of dealing with him upset! I would totally use them again! Their sign says super fast for a reason!!

I had lost a nose piece from my wire rim glasses and came to your Ft Myers store looking for help after seeing a great online review . I could not have hoped for more. I was greeted on entering and quickly helped by a friendly employee. Thanks for great service (at no cost) and I will keep your company in mind.

Chris took care of us and we are very impressed with his customer service skills, he was very knowledgeable of the products and best way to fulfill our needs. We have been using Glass World for a while and I am glad we tried the location on 41 because they had wider selection of glasses, more space and this guy who made our experience unforgettable!

My experience was amazing, everyone was super friendly & helpful through each step. Even helped me narrow 10 glasses down to 2! 10/10 recommend! Very affordable, don’t even need I insurance with the prices they have!

I brought in both my eyeglasses for adjustments. I couldn't even identify what was wrong with one of them. I had Sarah look at them and she knew exactly what to do. She made the adjustments and now they are perfect. Thank you so much!!

We went in rather late on a Tuesday, my husband needed a new pair of glasses for sports. Kayla helped us, we picked out frames, she made good suggestions for the frames and suggested transition lenses. They were going to be ready after 3 PM on the following day. My husband mentioned he had a softball game at 9 AM the next day. Kayla offered to check with the technician, Trey, to see if it was possible to have them ready earlier. To our surprise, Trey promised to have them ready in 1 hour! Thank you Kayla & Trey for some great customer service! We love Eyeglass World!

I will absolutely return to Eyeglass World and recommend them to my family and friends. I lost my glasses and they were able to make two pair in one day for $99.00. Absolutely perfect! Love them, thank you so much to Gill and the rest of the team there!
