Had exam before Thanksgiving had to wait for contact trails (understandable), got call they were in and scheduled appointment for 12/4/24 at 10am, upon getting there the lady tried to say I wasn't in system that I had to argue and show email just to get appointment, for some reason she then schedules appointment for Friday 12/6 and tells me don't worry about it. I get phone call Saturday 12/7 that contacts are on with prescription and can pick up whenever, I show up 12/11 to pick up trails and at first I'm told I need to schedule an appointment and then I'm told they are not even there to begin with and it most of been an automated call when it certainly isnt. It seems like no one knows what is going on there and here where a month later and I still haven't even gotten a prescription for an exam I payed for a month ago.

Was given appointment only to take time off to show up and front desk tells me they don't have it scheduled. No accommodation nothing front desk girl acting like she don't care.

This was my first time getting my eyes checked in 15-16plus years. Also my first time getting glasses. Damian was super helpful, kind, patient, professional, courteous, and just all around wonderful to work with. I cannot thank Damian enough for all his help! Damian was awesome! I was very un sure of the type and style of glasses I wanted! He picked them both perfectly! I went to work the next day of picking them up! And immediately my BFF noticed and said wow you did a great job picking out your glasses they match your favorite ear rings! Thanks Damian

My experience at this particular Eyeglass World was spectacular. After visiting a different Eyeglass World store I was greeted by a difficult sales person after being there earlier getting my new prescription. I refused to patronize this particular store and went to another location where I met Damian. Damian was outstanding. He took his time and explained the whole process and then went step by step with my options. Not once was I pressured into getting something I didn’t want or need. Needless to say my experience with Damian exceeded my expectations. Customer service at this location was stellar. The whole staff was pleasant and made this whole process that much easier. My prescription had to be sent to the lab and which was actually ready before the date I was told. Upon getting my new glasses I was pleased.
Thank you Damian for your help. I highly recommend this particular store, they are top shelf in my opinion

Sarah and Amanda greeted me as I entered the store and listened to my plight for a new pair of glasses. They were amazing throughout the frame selection and purchasing process. They took great care to explain options and answer all of my questions. Missy took great care of me during the fitting process upon pick up to make certain the fit was just right. My circumstances were a low grade emergency today, however, I was so impressed I will come for my annual exam in a few months. The BOGO promotion was a deal and both pair were ready the same day!!
