This is the worst company I've ever dealt with they continually lie as to when you're installation of your cage will be done yet they have no idea great at taking money and then not performing their obligations. They should not even be in business and should have to start refunding back everyone's money

I aim to alleviate some stress by sharing our experience with Fabritech, which has unfortunately been quite unpleasant. Firstly, their communication leaves much to be desired. Whenever we called their office, we encountered a rather unhelpful individual, possibly named Debbie, who would abruptly end the conversation with a casual "Have a good daaaay," making the experience notably unprofessional.Secondly, their crew exhibited erratic behavior, often showing up at unpredictable times without any prior notice. During lunch breaks, they would retreat to their cars, close the windows, and engage in questionable activities like smoking marijuana for extended periods. Witnessing such behavior raised concerns about the safety and professionalism of working in a potentially impaired state.Furthermore, the overall quality of their work proved to be subpar. It seemed that their approach to cost-cutting involved hasty "patching" of issues, resulting in a finished product that was far from satisfactory. The lack of attention to detail was evident and, in some cases, almost like a visual assault.To add to our disappointment, the aftermath of their work left a mess in our yard. Water bottles and pieces of aluminum were scattered around, posing a hazard. Additionally, we discovered nails in the pool, causing rusting damage to both the interior and the pavers. Concerns about the structural integrity of their work, especially in the face of a minor hurricane, linger.In light of these issues, we strongly advise against choosing Fabritech for your needs. Instead, we recommend exploring alternative options for a more reliable and professional service.

Hey everyone it's worth the wait for your Lani to get done by this company!!! Very professional service and an awesome job they did. Donna the salesperson was a very big help, she definitely kept grinding for me until completion. Thanks again everyone!!

Do not do it! Gave a deposit for my parents in December. Was told by the salesman Bo it would be done before summer. Was told by Debbie in November. Called again she basically called me a liar that she never said November. She told me to call the salesman. Good luck with that. Reached out to the salesman several times will not call me back or text me back. This has been on “measure” for months. I could have measured it by now. The worst customer service they took the deposit immediately and cashed the check so why is it that you cannot get an answer? Everyone in my parents neighborhood have their pools cages completed. Not one person will call me and give me any answers or information. What a shoddy company. I feel like we were SCAMMED. If I ever get any answers I will remove this but it doesn’t seem likely I will ever get answers.

Would love to hear when pool cage is going to be installed. Company can't seem to keep owners informed after numerous phone calls, texts AND emails. If I EVER get a response I will be happy to change my experience

Signed a contract in December with a quote of 6 to 8 months. It has been 10 months and I am getting the runaround. My screen has been in measure for six months. They refused to answer my question, when did the jobs you are completing now get signed? As I am looking at reviews, it is clearly not by the date in which you signed. I have called to speak with a general manager several times over the course of this month with no return call.

Paid a deposit over a year ago, before Ian, permit was pulled and now expired! Small job for aluminum and screens on our back porch. Constantly given the run around by Debby when my husband has called, can never give us a time frame or start date. Now I see all the other reviews with the same complaint! We should all gather and contact Wink News! This business is taking money and not doing the work! I’ve had my roof repaired, whole house windows installed, and a new fence installed all after Ian, so please don’t blame it on the storm! Get your affairs in order! Give me my money back or get the work done!

Daniel came out quickly to give me a quote for my hurricane repair damage on my lanai screens. He is very professional, courteous, and got back to me with the quote and the day and time that they could fix them. On the day they fixed them the workers were meticulous about fixing the screens and cleaning up after. Daniel inspected the finished job to make sure that I was completely satisfied with the work. I am finally able to use my lanai again without any bugs attacking me. I would most definitely recommend Fabri-Tech to anyone needing screen work done. This company is fantastic and if I ever need screen work again I will be calling them. Thank you again for helping me with my hurricane damage.

DO NOT use this company. It’s been 1 year and 1 month AND still not finished my pool cage. The General Manager Tommy is a liar! I drove in to just get a date for completion and he told me “tomorrow”. They never showed up! I called and their “customer service” representative and she is horrible! She had a difficult time even finding my project in their system, she then told me she couldn’t do anything for me give me a date or any information, then I asked to speak to the general manager, and she told me that she would not contact him unless I was literally “dying”, then she repeated herself and said “are you dying, sir“ I am not making that up, she then told me that this was only a screen enclosure, and it is not that big of a deal. I promise you, if you use these people, they will not call you back. They will not care about your project, but they will take your money very quickly with no problem at all. I gave them one star because I cannot give them zero or negative but trust me when I tell you, these people will disappoint you. I don’t care how much less expensive they might be. You will be sorry if you use this company.

PLEASE do not use this company.When we first looked for companies we were recommended to use Fabri-Tech, but I regret our decision. The initial quote and contract were given quickly, and now I believe it's just because they wanted the money. It has been 14 months and still no screen, but they have full payment. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. We let the wait slide for a while, but now I've reached out every week for the past month and still no update on anything. They will keep saying they'll let you know, yet they never do. I have reported them multiple times to BBB. Please look elsewhere when looking for your lanai.

Waiting, waiting and waiting. Little or no response from Owner, production managers or office. Eight months on and know little more that the day I gave them a deposit. A phone call would solve this.Return my deposits and Ill find another contractor... If your out there?

So disappointed! Was lied to month after month, was called a liar by sales person, and absolutely no results. Was not until I demanded my deposit back that they paid any attention and sang a different tune. They are not the company they used to be, for sure. Would never recommend! I finally got my deposit back and went elsewhere. Now they appear to be posting fake reviews.

Fabritech are really great people. I work for a Shutter company and whenever people call for screen enclosures, that we do not do. I always highly recommend them. God Bless!

This company has lost sight of customer experience, they just want your money, then make you wait a year for install. We were told it would be 6 months out when we signed and paid deposit. I have heard from Julie “we are 2-4 months out” 6 times, in the last 7 months. They are really fast at getting your deposit though. Do not use them unless you can wait years for install. I will revise this review if there is any attempt to recover the customer experience I am having.

Our house was hit in September by hurricane Ian, among the damage was my pool cage, not just screens, the whole cage. About 4 days After the storm i started making calls - I called 7 companies. The first (well known) company came out and estimated me at nearly $30,000 - my pool cage is big and I have a few corners but not a challenge by any means. The first company was almost 2 years out already. Then fabritech came out quoted me the same exact thing for a fraction of the price. A fraction. Third company came out and gave me an astronomical quote like the first AND told me I had to remove the old cage myself ?. So, though I have not been calling them like the other reviewers because - I am well aware that nothing of this nature is done in a hurry given the circumstances, I feel they were more than fair in a market gauged due to necessity by many. Speaks columns to me about them! I will update once the work is done because from what I saw reviewed the work was really good just the inability to reach them was what was problematic.
