I like this store it's close for me. Staff is very friendly I do have a problem with pricing it says it one price and when you get to the register it rings up way more than it should.

I would give the manager a 0 if I could went into the store to return something the associate did not give me the receipt at the time of purchasing I have the card I bought it on and all is in tack not open. It is junk first of all garbage. I got 2 blackout curtains that are no the measurement on the packaging. I asked for a store credit even, she told me if she felt doing it the card machine was down. I asked what I could do she said I don’t know what to tell you her name is Twaina. Very rude not helpful would never go back into this store they are always to busy to help you and lazy to care do better family dollar. At least the dollar tree is kind and helpful!

Store manager needs some managerial development skills and learn how to speak to customers. 5 days after hurricane Ian and most stores are closed. I walked 2 miles with an empty back pack so I can put my purchased things insude(handsfree) As I was shopping and headed to the register to pay, Vanessa the mgr told me I had to leave my backpack at the front, I didnt see the sign on door. was taken aback on her approach. I told her I wasnt going to leave my back pack at the front as I was about to pay(I was shopping a good 15 min before she approached me) Vanessa races to the register and tells the cashier not to ring my things up. At this point I am in disbelief at her ridiculousness considering the situation everyone is in. We are all trying to survive and get through this trying time and the manager feels the need to play cop. It was completely uneccessary, if she had any discernment about people it would be clear that I was there to shop not shoplift. My back pack probably costs more than her paycheck. I’ve never ventured in this part of the area, but things by me were closed. Tsk tsk to a manager who’s more concerned about silly store rules, and instead turns down business. Lesson learned, I’ll never shop in that store or anywhere in that area again.

Don't be fooled by the " well stocked store, or the "so clean and full" comments...... this store is horrible...Save yourself and go to the one further up Cleveland ave..... If you need medicine you will be sicker trying to get medicine from here

Only issue I had is they dont have the carts anymore :/ but friendly staff and I got what I needed and was greeted nicely.
