Wish I could give them 10 stars. Very helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Been coming to this place for a couple years now. Will has been a huge help to me, on many occasions. I highly recommend this place. They may not have everything you need, but they will try to figure out how to get it for you.

It is a shame what the county did installing those medians down McGregor. I can imagine it has caused some stores to lose business.
It is so worth making this store your go-to for household needs and repairs. From it's super nice and always helpful staff to it's well thought out and stocked shelves. It is a little deceptive. I first thought it was small. It wouldn't have what I needed, but I did not want to drive all the way to Lowe's or Home Depot. You can never find any help in those stores, and it's not for a lack of staff. When people don't want to be there, it shows in their work performance.
You, too, may be under the mis-impression it's small, and they wouldn't have what you need. But I am here to tell you that once you enter, you will see we were so wrong. You truly can't judge a book by its cover. Just to be clear, I didn't find it to be filled with a bunch of cheap or crappy made stuff either.
It is a great go-to store for all your household and yard needs and repairs.
Give them a try. You won't regret it.

Needed some specialty driver bits and found Family Hardware's website. Ordered the bits for a very fair price, and three days later they were in my mailbox.
Excellent selection, easy to navigate and search their site, secure checkout, and very prompt processing and shipping, even on a holiday weekend!!!
Nice job, Family Hardware, I will be a regular customer from now on!

Price gouging for sandbags 2 days before a hurricane, $8.50 per bag. If it isn't FEMA screwing us over, it's our local businesses that pretend to be your family
Edit: laughable how the reply justifies this behavior, God forbid a business takes a profit loss to help out their community

We decided to purchase a bbq grill from Family Hardware last week and we couldn't be happier. Mike helped us pick out our grill and was very helpful. Will, along with another employee, explained everything to us when they delivered the grill to our home. The store is very organized and clean with everything you need. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Family Hardware! Also, our burger turned out fantastic! We love our grill!

I was greeted and shown where to find what I needed in the plumbing supplies. Also, they have some interesting and different small items like charming aprons, key rings and fun stuff that make nice gifts! Location is convenient for me, easy in and out.

Stopped in for my first time due to curiosity and convenience. The gentlemen at the desk were very friendly and helpful. They had what I needed for starting our lawnmower. They just happened to have items on sale that I had looked for at Walmart but Walmart was more expensive. I will be back to purchase items again.
