Poor place to work. Management unwilling to listen to your concerns and rectify them in my opinion.Only concern is about sales and selling grills in my opinion.Store is over packed with products. Prices are often complained about by customers. Selection of paint is poor and can't make paint for customer. Management believe women don't know anything about hardware stores in my opinion.

The BEST hardware store I have ever been to! Kay & Kevin are the coolest store owners! I highly recommend this hardware store to all, especially Veterans! If you need it they'll have it!

One of the best things I like about this hardware store is it's a local hardware store which has an abundance of staff, they are very helpful and they have a great sense of humor. Oftentimes we go to big box stores like Home Depot, Lowe's and other bigger hardware stores but they don't have the staff to handle the amount of customers that come through their store. This store has an abundance of staff that are helping and the selection of items from pet supplies, to pool and spa equipment, to hardware and grills is very impressive.

Nice place but extremely expensive. For example; I picked up self tapping screws with washers and they were 55cents each, at homedepot they are 18cents each. That has been my experience with everything I've picked up from Family Hardware.They employees are very nice and helpful, but I'm a contractor and if I buy from this place more frequently it's going to hurt my bottom line.
