David and Herman are great to work with. Not only do they do a too notch job they are service oriented. If they are running a few minutes late they call and let you know. Not many companies bother doing that anymore.! They have worked on two bathrooms and will do my kitchen counters next

From the first appointment to discuss my project, David and Herman impressed me on their knowledge and helpfulness on designing my counters and backsplash. The entire process went smoothly. The installers were just as great. Love the finished project! It is BEAUTIFUL! Thank you! Made my rebuild from hurricane Ian complete. I highly recommend them!

I hired David and his small family business to redo my kitchen countertops. When I first met David at Fandos he was super laid back, and very easy going. He understood that I have a very different sense of style and wanted my home to reflect that. Not once did he try to talk me out of my color choices, and other ideas like a few other places attempted. The house that I had bought was older and needed major updating. We had to have a section of the coffee bar redesigned, and added a much bigger kitchen sink. I had picked out a very expensive raw unpolished marble countertop and the Fando’s crew did such an amazing job, bringing my unconventional ideas to life. We also had them redo the guest bathroom countertop and sink as well. His crew was exceptional, on time every day, and they even came back late one evening to finish the final touches, after working all day, just to make sure it was done on schedule! The end result was a very badass looking kitchen, and bathroom. I have recommended him to many other people for his work, because if you want beautiful work done he’s hands down the best in the entire area

We found Fandos from the internet. We are living in a Condo and remodeling it. Getting the granite installed with a quick turn around will allow us to settle our upside down lives back in order. It was great working with David and Herman. They gave us good advice in picking out the granite and creating the design. I am so grateful to Fandos for getting our kitchen back into working order!

We couldn’t be more thrilled with all the team members at Fandos Marble.David gave us a quote on the spot and accommodated our changes once he personally came out to take measurements and create the template. They were very easy to work with and kept in constant contact through the whole process. In the aftermath of hurricane Ian, when everyone needed work done immediately, they really pulled through. It was quite impressive to watch the team show up for installation and carry a huge slab up the stairs to the second floor where the kitchen is located.Professional and down to earth. They made our kitchen SING!!I could not recommend them more!! ❤️❤️❤️

I've had my new countertop for a good three weeks now and I'm extremely pleased with it. David and his team did a wonderful job from creating a template to the installation. He quoted me a fair price and everything was done in a timely manner.

We couldn’t be happier with our new countertops! They are beautiful! David and Herman are skilled craftsmen and did a great and careful job. Customer service was also top notch with completion and installation sooner than expected. Our friends also used them and had great results. There are many companies to choose from - choose these guys- they are great!

I just finished a massive clean up after hurricane IAN. Fandos did an excellent job of forming and installing my granite so I called them to reinstall after removing and installing new cabinets. I thought the price was a little high but after watching two pros move 350 pounds of granite with no issues it was a bargain!!! Definitely contact them for a quote, you won’t regret it. Doug Kent

I spent 2 years looking for a particular quartzite stone. David was very patient and accommodating on our many, many trips to stone yards ( in Fort Myers and Naples) to view the slabs. He understood that this was a very important decision and wanted me to be confident in the choice made. Ultimately, he and his crew did a very professional install. The kitchen and vanity counters look amazing. Nothing but compliments from everyone that sees them. If you're looking for a stone installer, look no further. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.PS. Sadly, the house was affected by water damage during hurricane Ian and the cabinets will have to be replaced. David was the first call I made to remove the stone (done without a scratch) and his crew will reinstall once the time comes.

Not favorable Meant to review this company when I had the work done. But last night someone mentioned them and brought back all the horrendous memories of the worse contractor I have ever done business with. I made an appointment to meet with David at Fandos on the recommendation of a friend. Fandos installed a very expensive quartzite in her kitchen and two bathrooms. She was satisfied so I thought he would be a good place to start on my hunt for stone for my kitchen and two bathrooms. First or all David complained that I took up too much of his time on the first visit. He said over 5 hours, it was less than half that. We went to a couple granite warehouses (I drove). One warehouse was enormous and had lots to look at. There was a couple wanting granite, but did not have a fabricator. I suggested he go talk with them. He did and I believe he actually got the job. So, I personally feel I did him a favor there. I admit it did take me several look around on my own before I once again met up with David. My main concern was having the seam looking… well seamless or as near seamless as possible. His partner came to my house to make a template. He and David then took it to the warehouse to lay it out. Took pictures and sent them to me. I agreed to the layout. I had also picked a small piece of quartz he had leftover from a job for a small vanity (guest bathroom). The job including labor came to $6,000. It was more than other places quoted, but I felt I should award Fandos the job as I had more interaction with them. I signed the contract which also included a large double under mount sink for the kitchen, 2 under mount sinks for the master bath and 1 under mount sink for the guest bath. He and the partner agreed the sink sizes would be appropriate for the counters. I decided on the sinks, signed the contract and left a 50% deposit. Balance payable on completion. A date for installation was agreed. Large job. Should take all day and maybe return for a few hours on the next day. Date of installation: 8:00, 9:00, 9:30…. No one…. I call Fandos. “They should be there shortly “ 10:00, 11:00, 11:30. Still no one. I call again. Shortly thereafter, I have a return call from the installer. They informed me, that they were unaware of the job and time. They assured me they would be here within the hour. They were. Apparently, this job that was suppose to be done by Fandos unbeknownst to me was sub contracted out…. I was told it would be done in-house, but that’s fine. I know subbing out work is done all the time. When they arrive, they informed me they had another job after mine on the same day. Head scratch??? Me: but after my work is completed first…. They made a phone call and said they would stay. Started in the small guest bathroom. The one with the small left over quartz piece from the fabricator. Sink goes in first…. Doesn’t fit. Sink is too big for the vanity. . The installer calls David. He says, “What do you want me to do? I didn’t measure it!” WOW! He sent over the partner who did the measure. They discussed “trimming away” the vanity to have the sink fit. I felt “trimming away might compromise the integrity of the vanity and didn’t like this idea. I said they should bring over a smaller sink. They can’t. The hole was already cut. Me: Ok, “ bring over another piece of the quartz with a smaller sink. They don’t have any more quartz or a smaller sink in stock. Me: How about a different piece of stone? David: “What are we suppose to do with the piece we already cut for you? Me: Not my problem… I finally agreed to have them trim away the vanity with no guarantee of it not being compromised. Meantime David is demanding I pay them an additional $1200 for this extra work (took 1 hour - he’s such a crook!). I refused. Next the kitchen counter goes in. The pieces that were so meticulously layed out were not cut as the template indicated. The seam was horrible. The partner still happened to be here and called David. He just yelled and screamed that I was the most difficult customer he has ever had to work with! What? Me: You and your par

I was in search of vanities for my home after hurricane Ian and came across Fanos Marble and granite and just thought I'd check his business out. Even though he no longer is in the cabinet type business he had several displays of vanities on his show room floor. He was kind enough to offer me. I was so pleased with his customer service and positive pleasant attitude. Even though I wasn't in the market for counter tops- noticed his beautiful display and would very much recommend Fandos be a first stop!!!

We hired Fandos to replace our kitchen, master bath and guest bath counter tops with granite. We had no idea which company to choose and chose Fandos based solely on the reviews. We visited many fabicators/installers before making our decision and choosing Fandos. The finished counter tops look spectacular and we could not be more pleased. David, Herman and his crew were a pleasure to work with. They are friendly, professional and their work is precise.Definitely would use again and highly recommend. Do not be put off by the simple store front...the proof is in the work and finished product. Thanks you so much! Kevin & Mark
