Horrible! The phone number I called rings off the wall then hangs up on You! If these 2 boxes that were dropped of at My house months ago aren’t picked up by tomorrow which will be the 48 hrs like the guy said I will be ……………Update: last girl I got ahold of from FedEx said oh well they didn’t pick up the boxes. Throw them away if You can’t read the tracking number now. I can’t help You without a tracking number. I told Her it still says the Man’s name w/My quirky house # & I’m sure if FedEx did some back tracking once they picked up the boxes they could track down the problem. She said don’t worry about it. It’s been too long anyways so throw the boxes away

Tried to sell some headphones but after buying the label I realized it cost more than the headphones the item weighed .75lbs and it cost $24.44 to ship and my buyer paid $18 now I'm out $6.44 plus selling fees

Very helpful, store was clean , only negative was the front area was not properly stocked. No air bills. Card display was disorganized and needed filled. The staff was efficient and helped me process a ground order . They were having issues with their computer system and so things went slowly but the cashier was conversational and apologized for the delay. I would definitely recommend based on todays experience.

This place called to advise me that a package was overdue for pick (appreciated) but then left a number that goes to FEDEX GENERAL NUMBER. then you spend a wasted amount of time speaking to someone in Bangladesh that knows nothing about the job or issue. So one star for fedex location in USA for the heads up. 4 empty starts for team Bangladesh that is as worthless as breast on a male bull.
