I came in to drop off FedEx boxes. The woman behind the counter said it was okay to bring my boxes in. They were all under 40 lbs and I can pick them up weighing only 105lbs myself. The woman behind the counter with long grey hair saw my boxes and said “sorry too heavy we can’t take that I’m not lifting it” she had a phone in her hand at the time… I picked one of the boxes up with one hand and balanced it on my shoulder and asked her how someone twice as big as me with a job that they’re given couldn’t accept my boxes. She could have told me this before I loaded them into a cart and brought them in. I called the corporate umber and was told I’d receive a call from Evan, the store manager.. and I never did. Not only are their prices ridiculous, their staff is rude and lazy. Surprised Walgreens is still up and running. You’d think for what they charge for things, they’d be a tad nicer.

This used to have a drop box at the Walgreens. There is now no drop box and you have to hand it to a person behind the counter. Not comfortable with this.
