0 stars- I have never seen a more botched operation that this organization. I ordered a package from Amazon with Amazon Prime. I was expecting the package two days ago. normally, stuff like this doesn't bother me. I am also usually very patient about such things. However, because I work and cannot sign for a package at the given time. i left instructions with how the package was to be delivered. They basically stated it would cost extra to have it delivered at such time. Then when I drove down to pick the package up at their own advice. I was met with, well, the delivery driver isnt here yet and it is after 6 pm. I understand that I have to sign for the package because of security reasons. however, given that I expected the package two days ago and they couldn't rework a delivery to support the customer for two days. Now waiting for the delivery of the package that was supposed to be delivered two days ago at the FedEx Express dispatch and distribution center. I even left instructions on how the package was to be delivered. Twice!!! I called the help center twice.

Per web site my package was sent from Fort Myers and 'left on my door step' but It was never received. When I call the 'customer service' (joke) number it states 'was delivered' and I cannot seem to get through that it was NOT delivered. Now what??

We use this FedEx Ship Center many years for drop off and pick up without any issue. Staff here are always very helpful, courteous and professional. This place can be very busy and they do a lot of volume.The only problem is that the parking lot is narrow and if you have big pickup truck you may have problem of manipulating into the parking space!Today, just like prior visit; two large packages were dropped off and scanned under 60 seconds flat with a print receipt. Good and quick service here!

I had a notice from Amazon that my purchase was being delivered today (January 29, 2021) from FedEx. Of course, no approximate time can be given so I waited at home ALL day!!! I went into tracking to check on the status and this is the message: FedEx tried to deliver your packageThe business was closed, so please look for a note from FedEx or contact them for the next steps. I am NOT a business, rather an individual living in a condo. No one came to my door to try and deliver this package. When I called, I could barely understand a word I heard from the representative. What I did hear was that I could expect another try tomorrow between the hours of 8:30-4:45. I am NOT a happy customer .. did the delivery driver even come here to try and deliver?????? I don't think so. If I had a choice about how my package is sent to me, believe me, I would not choose FedEx!!!!!

I had 2 different deliveries on two different days, both times the driver wasn't wearing a mask. The one yesterday caught me off guard as I had just woken up and didn't think to ask him to put on a mask. The one today however I asked if he had a mask and his reply was"yes I do, but I'm just delivering packages, I don't need to wear one." They should ALWAYS wear a mask, wether they want to or not. Especially when the delivery requires a signature! I messaged FedEx help on Twitter and was pretty much just blown off. I was told pretty much "oh we're sorry, hope it don't happen again."
