I like this site to send pkgs until the last time I was not given any options. I was told $92.00 to mail a pen size box. It was over night though, but i found out after the fact that I should of been given options. My charge was most expensive because It was delivered in the morning. My pkg.did not have to be there first thing. The counter personel just told me the one price. I learnrd though I will ask questions next time. Generally besides that that visit this site always has been excellent. I go out of my way to send from this site.

Called them to find out the phone number of the jetport loop location. A humanoid robot answer and transferred me to a useless real human!!!! Full of incompetent people!

Sadly this location did not package an item that was being shipped to Canada correctly. This was a large and heavy monitor that arrived very damaged to my customer. I trusted this facility to handle the packaging and insure the shipment would arrive intact. Please see all the photos of the damages caused. The monitor looks like it was dropped down a flight of stair.

Very important documents 1 week LATE! and paid for over night shipping never using FedEx again should of just used USPS and probably would have been fine. Smh horrible.

Wild idea: when someone walks into your business, maybe say hi and let them know you’ll be with them in a minute. Standing there in silence and just staring like I teleported in from another dimension? Not the move. Yes, I’m here on purpose…… shocking I know. I came to do business, not audition for a staring contest.

When you place an order on sunday to arrive on wednesday it is the absolute bare minimum that it arrives on that wednesday instead of rotting at your facility all day since 5 am with no further updates. What do you even do there that it’s been sitting since the morning? Sit on your asses all day? This is ridiculous and your service SUCKS.

Absolutely horrible place to go to do not waste your time have tried two times to ship stuff back to Walmart and they refused to take it and tell me I've got to drive all the way to Punta Gorda they are extremely lazy worthless rude unprofessional and I wish I could think of some more words to express my discontent with this facility

It's ok. I got what I needed to get done via a machine. But it would have been nice if the 3 people working there acknowledged me at ANY point of me being there.

No 'good bye'.

Went in and asked the cashier (female) working tonight for an estimate on how much it would be to send something. She was very rude, and laughed at me because I didn’t have the box with me or item. I just wanted an estimate and there was no reason for her to laugh at me or talk to me the way she did. I work with customers too and I understand some people can ask dumb questions but all I wanted was a rough estimate and there was just no need for that.

Automated should never be a thing. Have representatives available to talk to your calling customers. It feels like my package is being held hostage every time I get something delivered

Have y’all lost your minds? I had to submit some legal paperwork regarding a family member’s estate, and you guys have the audacity to charge $2.49 per page. I sent one fax that cost me about $50, and considering I have eight more faxes to send, just like this one, I’m going to go buy a decent all-in-one printer and just handle it from home
