I go to this location on a regular basis. They are great. Previously, I was going to the other location before I knew this was here. I wasn’t sure I would get any better treatment than I did at the other location. However, the difference was night and day. I have a client who regularly sends print jobs to FedEx for me to pick up. They always have them ready and they remember me even when I haven’t been there for a few weeks.

I went to this FedEx location today, as I had to have a pre-paid shipping label from an email that I received. The young lady who assisted me was extremely helpful.
We're very fortunate to have this FedEx store in the south Fort Myers area.

Amazing experience today at this FedEx office.
I needed a rush delivery to Fort Meyers before flying out. I selected FedEx overnight and the plan was to pickup the package on my way to the airport. I arrived at the location early and as soon as 9 am hit, Dawn opened the door with a smile and welcomed me in. My package was promised by 9:30, so she invited me to wait in the back for expedited deliveries driver. A few minutes later Ashlee walked in also with a smile followed by the regional managers a few minutes later. Dawn explained to the managers that any delay may cause me to miss my flight, since the promised delivery time passed by a few minutes, the managers made several calls to check on the driver status. I was relived to know he was on its way and traffic caused the delay.
Special thanks to everyone at this location ( specially Dawn) for going out of their way to get me my package. I was able to make it to the airport and get on the plane.

Employee Ashley helped me a great deal with my project at the Lakeridge location! Customer Service was great as I was there about an hour using self-service machines. She deserves a raise! Thanks Ashley~!

They lost an overnight package and could care less. It cost me about $1000 to redo everything that needed to be done and they STILL got paid for the package they lost. The biggest thing is they have zero empathy and are more or less like, o well it sucks to be you, attitude
If no one is held accountable and gets paid to not perform their job then what makes them

Made a purchase of $32 attempted to pay with a $50 was not able to. I was told I had to go somewhere else to make change. This is ridiculous! As I was speaking to the employee she turned around and left me in mid sentence....never see me again!

I shipped my personal property from this location and someone there went into my package and stole my items and replaced it with steel plates.. and no one there has reached out to me and it’s Been over 2 weeks!!!! STOLE MY PACKAGE

Fed ex is a joke. They deliver packages to the wrong address they don't contact the consumer. I strongly recommend not using any fed shipments. I have lost 230 dollars worth of packages in less the 30 days. I will be posting this to every other fedex I can find near me. Check photos, i will be posting the proof to my pudding.

My first experience and it was easy. I was greeted with a smile by the store manager. I looked at his name badge but can’t remember his name, sorry. I handed over my docs to be sent and he did the rest. I asked him about an issue with my online account and he was apologetic he couldn’t help but he told me to call CS. He handed me the receipt and I was off! Will be back!
