The deliverer was very nice and explained that they put my pallet in the back so it was hard to get to. He was nice and apologized. As far the delivery time... It was 2 hours late, I even called twice. And both times they told me "He should be there soon, you are the next stop." Well... He wasn't. They made me pick a time and date for delivery... They should stick by that. Again... The delivery gentleman was nice. But didn't lead me on. Just tell me when, or about what time it will be delivered.

Worst experience at FedEx Freight on Laredo Ave in Ft Myers. The manager "Frank" was rude and not able or willing to help with the issue. When I asked for his managers name he refused to give it to me. I was an unsatisfied customer and right to be direct. If he is a manager he should know how to work with an angry customer.

Ordered a little tikes table for my great-grandsons Christmas. It was damaged on the narrow side from one end to the other with a 6 inch hole hole in the end of the cartón. I'll try Christmas morning to explain it to my 18 month great-grandson.

For drivers they should make it easy tell us the pay in $. insurance how much does it cost $ is there dental, glasses included if not how much does it cost$...... safety, miles,fuel bonuses is stupid to add them to a pay package..... sign on bonus I don't care if it 3k or 25k nothing is free

Friday and I still dont have the package they said they would deliver last Sunday!!! Every day a new status update saying it is delayed another day. What is the problem???

Notifications came on 4-18 saying package delivery on 4-19 notifications on 4-19 said on truck scheduled for delivery by end of day 4-19 new notification said on truck scheduled for delivery on 4-20 I live 20 miles away and they said it’s loaded on truck to be delivered on 4-20 and no I can’t pick it up if I could give less than 1 star I would the lady on phone kept saying I didn’t get notifications saying anything about 4-19 I hate lies

What a nightmare. Rude people at the Ft. Myers terminal. The national number was more help which is usually the opposite when you are looking for a lost shipment.
