We cannot thank John Hacker and his team enough for the service he provided post hurricane Ian. From the kindness shown when we called, to the prompt delivery of our gas we are so grateful. In a very stressful time they made life a bit easier and we thank them for that.

Absolutely no help after Hurricane Ian. Was told that they would get to us three days after a hurricane. Placed the order online day after hurricane, they took my money, and booked a delivery 10 days out. We called and begged no help. We ran out of propane in six days. Thanks Ferrellgas.

Everyone is very nice and professional. I was told it would only take a day or two to get my tank filled. More like 2 weeks, good thing our power came back on.

After hurricane Ian hit we were running our generator for 12 days. Concerned that they may not be able to make our scheduled delivery, however they were right there when we needed them!!!

I have been a customer for over 10 years. They have put in a gas fireplace for me. I had them install a 500 gallon propane tank. It was costly to have this tank installed in the ground. We did the job with them because they told us they could Refill the tank in 5 days during a hurricane. I’m close to running out and they are telling me 10 days. We called for a fill the day after Ian. It’s been 7 days. You can’t talk to anyone local. You get a national service and they just tell you sorry it’s going to be 10 days. We are looking for a new smaller company that offers some customer service. I would never use this company again. Terrible service and they don’t back what they sold me on delivery time.

Recently smelled Gas. Normally the tank is ready for a new delivery. However this was really smelly. Called to have a man come out .Emergency.Man arrived, opened the tanks, no leak. Shut gas off. Told to call for new tank. Received my bill. Unconscionable charge $395.12. How about advising in advance what the ramifications are if No Leak.

Most annoying is the fact that they cannot give you a delivery window. We live just two miles from the Ferrell gas Fort Myers location, yet are having to wait ten days for small residential tank refill. I just called as it's been five days since I reported the low tank, and all they can tell me is 'you will get it by 10 days after you placed the order'. So I have to plan all my meals without a stovetop or oven for the entire time since they apparently have no discernable delivery strategy.Inconsistent policies too. We are long-time customers (over 6 years) and are usually billed for our propane refills so that we don't have to go through the whole pay ahead, then get a credit for any overcharge hassle. But sometimes we are forced to pay ahead of time. It seems to depend on who you get on the phone. We were also double charged for tank rentals last year. They did refund when we noticed the mistake. But still, three strikes? Will be looking for another service that values us as customers and gives better service.Update. They came on Day Nine, but didn't call or text, so we were not home. They also required payment before hand, which they grossly overestimated, and now $65 of our hard-earned money is sitting in their account. Wonder if this is a dubious income strategy? There must be some people that forget they have a credit, move or change locations, and never get their money back.

Still waiting for Ferrellgas to come and cover my tank up and turn the gas on. It’s been 3 weeks going on 4 weeks since the final inspection has been done. Every time I call I get put on hold then told someone will call me back. They keep setting dates and never show up or call to let you know there a problem. Took 2 months to get the tank in the ground after they took all of their money from my bank account. No one there has any training in customer service. Every time I call and ask to speak to the manager I’m told he’s on vacation.
