I wait 2 hours just for them to tell me nothing. I asked the service guy what happened because he was going to just walk away when he gave me the keys and I asked so what was wrong with it. I mentioned nobody had told me nothing

My right rear tire had picked a nail, and the tire was losing air quickly. I went to a Firestone service center I had used several years previously as a walk-in. It seemed like an eternity between the time my car was written up and the time they actually took the car around to the service bays. After that it some more time to determine that the tire could not be repaired and a new tire was needed. More waiting, but then the the car was ready. Elapsed time was probably two hours. But on the bright side, the staff were very friendly, I felt that their pricing was reasonable, and they took care of the problem. I will definitely return if needed. But maybe I will try to make an appointment first...

This is my return trip to resolve a known issue that was communicated a few weeks back. I was very pleased with the care and consideration all the internal sales people provided me as well as the mechanics. Everyone was so accommodating and made me feel my business was well appreciated.
You never want to pay for car maintenance, but knowing people really look out for you and give honest feedback about required and suggested service is a great asset in today's market. Definitely would recommend.

On 1/10/2025 I brought my car there. I was told I needed new front brakes. After getting my car back I realize my car was squeaking after stepping on the brakes, and my car has NEVER done that before. Remind you, it’s a 2022 Kia. BRAND NEW CAR! I called back they next day, and they said they would look at it again for me. They called me and said that everything was fine. The same day after pulling out of their parking lot my car is STILL squeaking after stepping on the brakes. I am extremely disappointed because I should’ve brought it to Kia, but I trusted Firestone. It’s now been TWO weeks and it’s still squeaking and embarrassing. I work too hard to pay for something, and it’s not done correctly!
Also, everyone was very nice, but that does not take away from the job not being done Correctly.

Do not take your car here. I brought my vehicle here for a simple AC vacuum and recharge. I was told it would be about 15 minutes and my vehicle will be brought in which I believe was accurate Don't know for sure because I went next door to get some food which took about 30 minutes when I got back my car was in the shop but it was on the lift in the air which I was curious about because I was just there for an AC recharge why does my car need to be on the lift in the air but hey whatever maybe they have different procedures. My car was in the shop for almost 3 hours again for just a simple AC vacuum and recharge and during this time I'm questioning a desk employee on the approximate price I'm expecting to pay for this service which I was never even quoted to begin with I was just assuming it would be around 100 to $150 like it is at most places that you go to he would not tell me he said we'll know when everything is done so I gave up and just waited until it was done so again almost 3 hours later I go to pay and the bill is $350 again for just a simple AC vacuum down and a recharge

I took my tires and rims to be installed and one of the employees broke a rim and didn't say anything to me because they were almost ready to close the store. The next day I had to go back to make a claim. It's incredible how they can be so irresponsible and not take care of what they are working with.

My husband brought my car in there yesterday for an oil change. We noticed last night that the oil button hadn’t been reset and was still low. We called them this morning and the manager stated the tech probably forgot to reset it and to bring it back in. We decided to go to the store in Lehigh since it’s much closer to where we live and they said that the oil was still low. They didn’t even put a sticker on the corner of my windshield as most places do. That’s totally unacceptable and we will NEVER go back to this store again and will be filing a complaint with the corporate office! Im glad we took it in to the other Firestone store, they fixed it and noticed the oil was not full!

Service was good, repair was quite high compared to dealership quote but they got it done in a reasonable amount of time. The only issue was they didn't clean the coolant from underneath the truck. Still had coolant all over the underneath of the vehicle. Smelled very strong when I got home. So I cleaned all of the coolant off of everything.

Do not use this Firestone! Came in on Sunday to have my new tires installed on my wheels. After the job was completed, I noticed some marks on wheels. Both wheels had been damaged. The manager took pictures to document the damage. Was told to speak with his boss mon-sat. I left to install the wheels back on the vehicle and then noticed that the tire was put on wrong. The inside wall of the tire was outside. So I had to pack up and return to the store. Then my wheel gets further damaged, and the center cap has scratches on it. Do not use this Firestone!

Dan Berry was super helpful when we dropped my son’s car off for service and inspection. He explained to us what would be the best thing to do when we expressed our concerns and needs for the car. Service took a reasonable amount of time and we very much appreciated the price we paid. All and all, will come back.
