Went in to get a new tire. Had a flat and hole was in a place they wouldn't repair. Thought I was getting a Bridgestone tire. Got home and found it was a Firestone.
When they called to pick up car, guy tells me I need wipers, all filters replaced, oil changed...
Told him no. Thinking to myself, I must have stupid written on my forehead. I had just had 20k mile service and all that work done.
Not smart crooks, check service sticker before trying cheat people!

I went on Sunday for a flat tire repair, they told me they could patch it no problem. Initially I was relieved because I thought I was going to have to buy new tires. Fast forward to this morning and I’m driving to work all of a sudden my tire starts shaking and now I have a flat. Took my car somewhere else to get new tires and was told it shouldn’t have been patched in the first place. Would avoid this place.

Do NOT take your car here. I took my car in here on two separate occasions - once because it was having trouble starting and another time because (a different car) was leaking oil. Both times I took it in, they ended up making the problem WORSE after taking my money. The first time they screwed up my battery and totally disconnected it and that led to problems (obviously). The second time, they slashed the gasket cover completely and almost all of the oil in my car poured out onto my driveway over night. I had to bring my car back in both times, and they never apologized nor gave me any sort of discount or money back. They also overcharged me for both of these services. Look elsewhere.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.Very poor customer service! The two men that were on the computers in the lobby this afternoon between 2:30 and 3:30, care zero about customers. Multiple persons walked out the door as no one had the decency to assure them that they will be assisted soon. One was on the phone pretending to be busy, and the other was just sitting there at the computer. THAT'S NOT THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!

They don't fix timing belts! I would hate to break down on a trip and have my car towed and they tell me they don't know how to fix a timing belt. We just need to get a different credit card! Change your name and take out the complete.

I just spent 1400s in tires with them, They didn't put the spare wheel back in its place , didn’t even put the plastic cover back on the wheel bolts and grease all over my rims .That is something that I can easily do but but i was not expecting that when I paying that amount of money for the service.

Initial visit for alignment at an earlier date, but ended up being sold inner tie rods $1000+.
Had to go back because car still pulled to the right, just like before the "repair." Was there for 2 hours and was told I might need a new rack and pinion assembly... I left for a medical apt. and returned because now my steering wheel was way off center. After 2 more hours I told them to give my keys and I left. They hadn't touched my car during those 2 hours. 4 hours wasted on 10/22/24 and I'm left believing I didn't need the tie rods, I don't need a new rack, I just need to go to a shop that can do an alignment. Upon leaving, the store manager was laughing, grining and giving me the thumbs up. Insulting and infuriating experience.
Photo is of steering wheel when car is going straight...

WORST! Firestone I have ever been to. Unprofessional & racist! My family & I paid over 1K in coolant and pipe services, & the following day my car leaked an enormous puddle of coolant 45 min out of town, & the temperature gauge was on hot overheating, the car was not drivable after we paid 1k of services on it. I had to Uber back home, & pay for a tow truck to take the vehicle back to Firestone to get it re-fixed. The following day after the vehicle was towed to Firestone due to the coolant leakage they left on the car, the vehicle’s A/C stopped working the day it was taken to Firestone to get the issue fixed again. My sister writes a report expressing her concerns to corporate because we had to pay for Uber services & a tow truck after we paid 1k for it to be fixed. Freddy calls me on Tuesday stating, “I am at shock about the report that was submitted because of I am a man of my word. I spoke to your father saying I will check the car and fix the A/C at no cost. So there being a report written I’m confused because I believed that where we had left off last was going to happen.” It was the mechanic work, they left the car unsafe with a coolant leakage. When the car was towed back to Firestone, they return the car with the A/C being broken after it’s been working properly this entire time. When I came in Saturday morning to get the A/C fixed and after his phone call stating he was “shocked,” at the report written to corporate regarding the coolant service on the car. His excuses began to be “your car is very old.” Service manager Derek, takes his phone out and tells me in an aggressive tone, “look on Google, one of your vehicle’s most common faulty mechanisms is the A/C.” I explain back, yes it is an older car, but the A/C stopped working the day it was brought fixed to get the coolant leakage they left on the vehicle. Unfortunately all odds were against them in that moment. I never wanted to blame them, all I was trying to ask of them was to get my darn A/C fixed that stopped working as soon as they touched my vehicle. Instead of trying to find a solution, Freddy yells “You’re saying the words as if it’s our fault and it’s not our fault that the a/c stopped working.” As a customer, I have the right to express my concern to corporate if a service was unjust and come back to the store after I was called by the store manager himself stating that he was going to fix the A/C. I stated if nothing was done to get my vehicle fixed as I paid for, legal action would be done moving forward. Derek then says to me, “If you don’t leave the store I am going to call the police and have you trespassed.” Freddy yelling, states, “Yes we are going to call the police if you don’t leave my store.” I say back, “Sir no disrespect, I never raised my voice at you once. Never was rude. I was trying to express my concern as a client of this store and find a solution to my car that you did not fix.” Freddy says to me yelling, “You don’t have to come here for service. Go get your lawyer and leave my store or we will call the police.” I paid over 1k for my vehicle to be fixed, they left the car unsafe to drive in with a coolant leakage and car overheating. Broke the A/C, and threaten to call the police on me because I was trying to ask if they could fix my A/C that stopped working the day it was towed back to the store. I am scared to set foot back into the store as a young lady on my own asking for fair and just services on the vehicle. I feel that there was a lot of sexism happening in the conversation, and racism from both Freddy and Derek. Both office managers aggressively tried getting their points across without allowing me to speak, and threatening to call the police if I didn’t leave the store because I was asking if they could fix the A/C they left broken. Not only sexist, and racist, but extremely unprofessional to deny services because a report was submitted to corporate on a 1k job that was done incorrectly. I am scared to go back as a young lady. I felt threatened and afraid.

I endured road debris on the side of I-75 in Ft Myers Florida. My insurance company instructed me to tow my vehicle to the Firestone on Executive Circle in Ft myers. The vehicle would not run… at all. The only damage was to the from bumper, a half-dollar sized hole. After being towed, one day later, “Derek” called me and said my fuel pump was out and my battery was dead. I explained to him that does not make any sense at all… I’m not a mechanic, but I am handy, and I do know where my fuel pump is…. He insured me this WAS the problem. I protested and he insisted. Derek told me it would be 4 days before it was ready. 7 days later I had not heard from them so I called. They stated they were waiting on the part. 4 days later my insurance called me and asked if I had heard from the shop. I expressed I had not. That day, Derek called me and explained that they had replaced the fuel pump and battery, and the vehicle still would not run. And that I needed to have it towed to the dealership 2 miles down the road because they didn’t know what was wrong.i had to call my insurance, have them now it…. And once it was there, it was a $277 relay switch for the fuel pump in the front bumper (as I had mentioned) vs the $1,400,00 amount of “work” Firestone did. My vehicle was ready the next day for pick up. Now, I had bumper damage and windshield damage that needed to be repaired and my insurance had a company aligned to deal with it. So I took it to them the same day. Vehicle was poised to be ready 9/27. But, hurricane Helene arrived 9/26. Come to find out… the shop flooded due to storm surge and my vehicle was complete submerged; therefore total loss. Because of Derek and Firestone incompetence and failure to listen to their customer, their hanging on to my vehicle for 11 days (not fixing it) I am at a total loss on my vehicle. Listen to your freaking customers and do not try to defraud an insurance company. I want the $5,800 I owed on this vehicle

i had noticed engine oil leaking from my car and it seems it had leaked so much that there was essentially no engine oil left. i poured in some more before having someone look and find the cause, and the whole quart leaked out within a day. turns out the issue was a loose oil plug and filter from when i last had my oil changed here. do better

Firestone on 4420 Executive Cir location needs to hire a new management team as soon as possible. I have been working in sales and customer service for over a decade now, and never have I ever encountered such poor and awful service. Both Freddy and Derek at this location are awful and rude people who do not care about their customers, are incompetent, and take no accountability. Mark my words, if you go to this location, you will pay a lot of money for poor service, and then to add to that - be treated disrespectfully and humiliated. Freddy hangs up on customers, Derek has a nasty attitude, they both back each other up and treat customers like dirt. I just wonder who their superiors are and why they let them get away with these things. They must not care about their business being negatively impacted by having these people represent them. Do not take your car to Firestone by all means. Do not use these people. They are absolute garbage.

Reservation system does not work, neither on the internet nor in the store... schedules are not respected, they make you go at one hour and they start working on your car 70 minutes later... to improve that

Just took my car out this store , was for a oil change and tire rotation , they left pieces loose on the car , piece that fell out on the road , when I call the store , they shut the phone on my face , I did stop by , to ask the guy who did , the manager told me to leave the store . . Don’t bring your cars in here , they don’t double check what they do . Be aware ..

I stopped at my Firestone service center 10 min. before closing with a screw in my tire. They stayed late and fixed my tire so I could safely drive to work the next day. Thanks for going the extra mile!
