They take care of the issues I have without up selling me for additional services. Their credit rewards always lower my bill. Yesterday's trip for an assignment turned into 3 new tires. But, amazingly, they haven't tried to push breaks on me. That tells me they can be trusted.

Estuardo greeted me as I entered the store. I told him the "low tire" light was on in my mom's car. Requested that the tires be checked for any punctures. Told them there was no rush, as they appeared quite busy. I was just dropping it off. Estuardo took my information and kept me informed and within an hour they had completed the tire check. Very nice and professional.

Good service, friendly staff, and thankful to receive service in a pinch at the last minute on a Sunday, however overpriced. A safety check was performed and recommendations were made for future services they said were needed. These exact services were already performed by my dealership within the past three months and felt the estimate was likely based on an odometer reading?
I understand the importance of safety checks but felt mislead. Firestone needs to focus more on being a trusted source by stepping it up on actually performing an honest safety check. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back.

I had purchased a lifetime alignment the year before and Firestone sent me a couple of reminders that I was due for the alignment. Called the store, got an appointment and was in and out in less than an hour.

Avoid at all cost. Took my car in for 2 new tires and oil change. 10am appointment. At 5:45, still don’t have my car back. No complications, just plain old bad service, combined with no communication.

I was told by the staff that the reason for the sound was making was because I needed new rear shocks. Once the shocks were replaced, the noise continued before I even left the parking lot. I immediately returned and I was told that my tires were now the issue. I took my car else where and the problem was diagnosed in about 5 minutes. I had a bad wheel bearing. The shop got me for 500 on new shocks and I replaced my tires else where all for a 200 dollar fix. Won't be returning.
