Kirk and his team at this location are nothing but wonderful ! I deal with them through the condo association that I am the CAM and Operations Manager for. They have helped us in multiple ways with financing for our rebuild efforts following hurricane Ian, they have helped me step by step open multiple accounts. We were able to transition banks with no interruption of services. I know if I send an email or leave a message it is answered the same day, usually within 30 minutes. I felt I was going into the loan process blind and managing the amount of money I have to manage had me a nervous wreck but Kirk and team have been with me every step of the way and gone above and beyond for my association and Board of Directors. I would recommend anyone needing a new bank or a loan to get with the team at this branch. We could not be more at ease and happy with Synovus bank.

My clients have accounts here so to make it easy I opened one, this branch is terrible, worst bank I have ever dealt with in every single aspect, the other day their were no lights on in drive through, I actually thought the bank was closed, went in and asked about it, she gave me an ugly look walked over and hit the switch to turn on lights, never said a word, it was 1130 on a Wednesday!!!!

Excellent Bank. It is run by real people who understand and care for the customers' needs. Pros: Excellent Customer Service and products Cons: I wish they would have more branches, but the current ones satisfy our needs. The employees turnover seems to be very low, which is a good indicator of a solid and desirable work environment. It makes the customers feel good by having clerks that know, greet and are able to assist you.
