Service was spot on. Didn't have exactly what I was looking for and fastener. So far I found out that the Fastener screw with a neoprene rubber washer I'm looking for may not even be manufactured.

These guys had the specialty size threaded rod and lock nuts that I needed. Couldn't get it at Ace. Fixed a $300 piece of work out equipment for $10 from them and $35 from Amazon. Win?
