I’m very impressed with this repair shop & the high quality work that they perform on e-bikes. I took my eBay to them to fix the rear tire and they did an excellent job while I waited.
That said, I highly recommend this bike store for bike repairs and anything else you may need

Needed to replace some parts on an old used bike and decided to take it here. Went great! The process was super easy and straight forward. Prices were fair and they listed out every charge clearly. It was done super quick and the bike works great. If you ever need to have something on your bike repaired and can't do it yourself don't hesitate to bring it in. :)

Our family used this shop for our sons SE bike. We did a whole tune up, new tires and brakes. It was all ready within 2 days and the guys explained everything throughly. The icing on the cake was when we went to pick up the bike, my car trunk had an electrical issue and wouldn’t open. The shop owner, Michael, followed us home with my sons bike. Super grateful for the whole team. The prices are fair and team is great. This is now our go-to bike shop.

Just wanted to take a moment to review a great local business. The staff(according to the receipt his name was Rafiq, though I didn't catch it while I was there) happily played 21 dumb questions with me when the only thing I was there to purchase was a bike tire. In a world where customer service is all but dead, these guys give me hope. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been searching for someone to help repair a tire from my granddaughter’s baby stroller. Hard to find a place and I was saying oh I remembered this is the old Schwinn shop so it now has a new name Fort Myers Cyclery; awesome bikes, great people and a good vibe. I was so happy to have my granddaughter’s stroller repaired got to take her on a beautiful trail again! :)

You would think inspecting the inside of your tire for frayed wires, etc. before installing a new innertube would be standard service. But no, I had to pay twice for that, including two tubes and two visits. Could have done without the third degree like I had done something wrong or was trying to get one over on you. Nice selection of bikes even if I think overpriced. Accessories and service. Easy access.

Just wanted to give a shout out and thank you for fixing the tire that wasn’t seated properly. Bought the bikes two months ago. Did not use them flew into town this week and had a little wobble to it. Brought the tire right up there. No questions asked fixed it back on the road. Great company great bikes thank you guys Bryan from Michigan.

Today's experience was a waste of time. We were absolutely going to buy a bike and a bike rack but our salesperson had the personality of a dead fish. Completely void of caring or helping at all. YOU Lost a $1,000 sale. We went to ANOTHER shop and purchased one today from them, best decision ever.

Went in with a hole and cut in my tube and was fixed in 15 minutes. Very polite and fast.

Wow! This bike shop is worth stopping at. I’m glad I did. I had a new tire and tube put on and I was in and out in 9 minutes! No expensive either. The new bikes have really good pricing too! I live in Punta Gorda and the bike shops there are twice as expensive and much slower. Thank you guys!
