Mayko was a great salesman. We purchased a used 2020 qx60 . It needed a little dent fixed. It took service department 2 weeks to fix. We were promised touch up paint which we never received and no one showed or explained how to set up the navigation or radio. We were handed 1 key and had to go back few days later for second key. Very disappointed.

I went in there on Wednesday night with my husband to see if we can get approved for anything at this point, I had a car crash on Monday. Mike and Richard were amazing on trying to get me approved. They have an amazing attitude and showed me so many cars until I found the one I absolutely loved.! I appreciate everything you guys did.! Thank you so much.!! I am beyond grateful for everything you guys pulled together for my husband and I. My daughter cried of joy when she saw me pick her up in the new car.

Skyler was amazing helping us find the perfect vehicle that met my wife’s expectations and functional for our family. My husband and I went for a few dealerships and we felt like bait, kept getting the run around or pushed onto a vehicle we were not happy with, then we came to Fort Myers Infiniti and were treated like normal…….Skyler was a sweetheart, she knew her stuff, didn’t give us any runaround and we actually had a good time during this whole process. We were so happy with the team that I ended up with an amazing Q50 and signed on the dotted line. This team is wonderful and after the experiences I had at other dealerships, I would only recommend this crew. Thank you Skyler and the Infiniti team, we will be back again when we are ready to get another vehicle!

Great experience! Soon as I arrived the greeters greeted me, and offered me a beverage. My service advisor Ahliah Lopez was friendly and professional. She kept me up to date on what repairs were needed, and ensured repairs that were able to be covered by my service plan were covered. My car received a complimentary wash and vacuum. Would definitely take my car back. My car feels like a new car!

I came in without an appointment and was taken immediately. Zach and everyone I came in contact with was so professional and courteous. I thought it might be a very expensive service call but I was pleasantly surprised. Fort Myers Infiniti has a wonderful service department.

I have bought three cars from them and they are always very professional and care about their customers! The entire group that work here from sales to service department are all great people. Rick the Service Advisor he is the best and goes out of his way to make sure the customer is taken care of as quick as possible.

Rick is the best. (Service dept.). I recently thought of getting a different car because I don’t think Infiniti has all the bells and whistles of some of the new newer cars. However, when I talk to my friends about the service department at the other luxury dealerships, no one can compare to Rick. So I’ll keep my top of the line just not as cool gadget car. It’s my third of the same.

Unlawful Pressure Tactics and Consideration of Legal Action Against Infinity DealershipI recently visited the Infinity dealership with the intention of potentially purchasing a used car. After conducting a thorough test drive and inspecting the vehicle, I engaged in negotiations with the dealer regarding the terms of the purchase. It was during this negotiation process that I encountered a deeply troubling and potentially illegal incident involving the dealership's manager.Upon receiving the dealer's offer, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the terms presented, stating that it exceeded my budget. Furthermore, I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the undervaluation of my trade-in vehicle. I informed the dealer that I believed a reasonable monthly payment should not exceed $300. In a questionable move, the dealer unilaterally inscribed on the bottom of the offered document that I would immediately commit to the purchase if the payment was reduced to $300. I firmly declined to sign this document, explaining that I only wished to explore the possibility of reaching the desired price point without committing to a purchase prematurely.In a shocking breach of ethical conduct, the dealer insisted that they were incapable of verifying the viability of my desired payment without my signature on the document, which contained the previously mentioned unauthorized notation. I reiterated my reluctance to sign anything and clarified my intention to consider an alternative vehicle at another dealership before making a final decision. The dealer begrudgingly accepted my decision to explore other options.However, what followed was even more disconcerting. As I exited the dealership premises, I was accosted by the manager in an aggressive and confrontational manner. This encounter was disturbing, as the manager demanded to know the nature of the issue with a pronounced hostility. I calmly explained that I required additional time to deliberate on the purchase and would inform them of my decision the following day. Regrettably, the manager responded with a palpable air of unpleasantness and subjected me to a hostile gaze that left me deeply uncomfortable.In light of the deeply troubling and potentially illegal actions I experienced during my visit to the Infinity dealership, I must now seriously consider pursuing legal action to protect my rights as a consumer. The dealership's unethical pressure tactics and the intimidating behavior exhibited by the manager have left me with no choice but to contemplate legal recourse.It is my sincere hope that the dealership management will take this matter seriously and work diligently to rectify the situation before it escalates further. However, I want to make it clear that I am prepared to explore all available legal avenues to ensure that my rights are upheld and that such egregious conduct does not go unchecked.I would strongly advise the dealership to engage in a meaningful dialogue to resolve this matter amicably and to undertake necessary measures to prevent future instances of unethical behavior and intimidation toward customers. My primary concern is to ensure fair and transparent business practices that uphold the law and protect the rights of consumers.Should the dealership fail to address these concerns promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to consult with legal counsel to determine the appropriate legal actions to pursue in defense of my rights and in the interest of promoting ethical business conduct in the automotive industry.

Once again Fort Myers Infinity delivered 5 star service. Because I had to wait for a part for a long time, a dealer car was given to me to drive home. The most amazing thing was Infinity came to my home and picked up the loaner car and dropped off my car to me.Amazing and thanks Infinity for going above and beyond.I love my 3rd QX 60 Infinity from Fort Myers.

Took it in for an oil change, had to get it towed back 20 minutes after picking it up because the belt completely shredded! Zach was responsive and quick to get it taken care of with a rental vehicle the next day. Still don’t know what caused the belt issue but thankfully nothing was taken out of pocket due to our warranty!

This is the 3rd vehicle I’ve bought from this dealership. I’ve never been dissatisfied there, including the service end of things. I’m always treated like a valued customer. This time, Skylar Suarez was top-notch from beginning to end… she’s so courteous, dependable, eager to assist, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, competent, patient & helpful, etc.! We just can’t say enough great things about her & all she did to walk my daughter & I thru the car-buying experience. She’s a great asset to this reputable brand. Our sales guy Jared Clark was great, too…he’s pleasant, knowledgeable, courteous, eager to please, helpful, energetic & professional, etc. We also had a good experience in Finance Dept w Armin. We’re very pleased with the Infiniti we bought & feel confident in its reliability, safety & longevity. I recommend this dealership.
