Nannetta and Cass are exceptional! I remember Nannetta helping me get my first unit in February and she was such a delight! Very thorough and kind, now 7 months later she is helping me get into a bigger unit. That she paints and refreshes herself mind you(:

I made an online reservation with CubeSmart. Nanette was very amazing from start to finish. She kept in touch was very warm and inviting and made me feel like my things are safe and secure, guided me and helped me through the entire process. She even waited for me after hours Truly a wonderful person very helpful and so happy I’m storing with cute smart.

Great people to deal with. The management at the Pal m Beach Blvd location stay on top of everything. Very pleasant people. Available at all times and follow up on all issues. Totally different experience than other storage facilities.
