“Nice store! I love Aldi! I just went shopping on a Sunday evening. They seemed well staffed and the ladies on the sales floor were very polite and professional. I said recently that they needed some good, new recruits in there, and that might be happening. The place was great tonight!”

“Aldi's is a great place to shop, not only for bargains, but for organic and gluten free options as well.Very few brands that are sold outside of Aldi's, but several are good quality European brands. (Aldi's has German origins). One must be very careful when buying packaged produce here, because the stuff in plastic bags and containers (or sometimes bagged fruit) can be hiding some spoiled pieces. But Aldi's has a good policy of refunding - and even has a 'double-back' guarantee. Best to have a receipt, but packaging is often unique to Aldi's and I've found they're not sticklers about the receipt.”

“Wonderful farm stand. So many delicious and nutritious foods. The guacamole is the best I've ever tasted in my life, hands down. After hurricane Ian flooded the area they gave us oranges to help us survive and refused payment. I only wish they were open slightly later so I could more easily pick up guacamole on my way home lol!”

“An easy shop today to stop in and pick up a few bits. This ALDI is laid out exactly the same as others I've shopped so it was simple to find what I wanted and pop it into the basket.Mom didn't have nearly as much experience at this chain, so it was interesting to watch a relative newbie figure it out. There's a system, you know! Down the produce and bakery side, up the dry goods aisles, then the last step is the cold deli stuff along the back before heading up from along the frozen aisle. Easy and you don't have your milk/cheese/meat sitting out any longer than needed. No queue at the register on this Wednesday late afternoon and before you know it, I was putting stuff into the reusable bags I had brought and we were returning the cart to get my quarter back. This is how it's done!”

“If you try a sample of their Orange juice may never buy from store again. Really great tasting. They have all different items, souvenirs and fresh juices, marmalades, AND custard. Vanilla, Chocolate, of course Orange. Service is friendly, no real ambiance as it is a store.”

“Sun Harvest Citrus is one of those rare shops where people of any age will find something to enjoy. Our family has been visiting every winter for the past 20 years. Our kids have grown up enjoying their wonderful (and reasonably priced) soft-serve ice cream. Many times, we go there just for an orange-vanilla twist, or a key lime cone. I always get distracted by the free fresh-squeezed juice samples in the back of the store. (All of the juices are good but the orange-strawberry juice is FANTASTIC.)As soon as you walk in, you'll remark on the incredible fresh citrus aroma that saturates the atmosphere. (It's the scent of SW Florida to me.) Often, you'll be able to watch the citrus cleaning machines in action behind large windows. There's always an excellent selection of in-season citrus fruits and if you're visiting from out of town, they can arrange to ship some home for you. (It's expensive, but very thoughtful.) About half the store is dedicated to SW Florida gifts, so it's a great place to pick up knick-knacks, post cards, fridge magnates, stuffed animals, candy, etc... There are a good number of shaded park benches outside to sit and enjoy your ice cream and snacks. Don’t be too intimidated by the checkout line can stretch to the back of the store. They do a good job of moving that line quickly.I know it's hard to believe, but I'd put Sun Harvest Citrus on my list of "Must-Do"s in Fort Myers, if only for the soft-serve.”
