they did used to so honest work but then i got quoted $2500 to get my injectors replaced. for all 8. the OEM injectors would cost about $700. $1800 for labor i suppose. ended up changing the injectors myself and took me 2 days of my own time. *keep in mind i have a full time job from sun rise to sundown* . the shops changed...

Terrible service and no communication at all. Quoted cost to paint clacrqrxhwd bumper and nick in door, only fixed nick and still charged full price, never gave written estimate. Repaired passenger door and right front quarter panel, when they removed the bumper they ripped the tabs , never told me and glued the bumper on with our approval from myself. Now I have to have the bumper replaced to have the scratches painted . Stay away, or willing to pay for what they broke. By the way, there were multiple scratches in the tint of both windows and over spray, trying to get reimbursed for the tint, keep being told the checks on the mail. My daughter is 20 and in college, they took advantage of her which is shows how poor their business practices are!

My 2015 Mustang got hit by another driver who jumped a red light in Estero. Thank goodness no one was injured, but my 'beloved' Mustang took a hit and when I called up Ford as to where I could take my car for auto body service; they pointed me to The Collision Center at Galloway Direct in Ft. Myers. They were extremely accommodating and ensured me they would be able to get the car all taken care of. Wheymar of Galloway Direct was on top of the situation working with the other driver's insurance company and ensured I was to get new replacement parts from Ford (vs off brand and re-used parts which the insurance company was trying to push to keep their costs down). He was very helpful in following through and keeping me apprised of the status. Once the agreement was made on the final cost between Galloway and the driver's insurance company; he and his team had my car all repaired and looking beautiful... with NEW parts! Galloway Direct has a great team of folks to work with and they do fantastic auto body repairs! Highly recommend their services.

I did not buy a car from here but I pulled in to their lot because I got a flat tire. The staff was so nice and helped me manually change my tire. I forgot to ask forthe gentleman's name (sorry!) But I am so appreciative of your help!! Thanks a million

Recently did business with Roger Wall and he was fantastic. He was pleasant from the very beginning and he was eager to help me in anyway possible. After I decided I liked the vehicle and wanted to proceed I had the pleasure of meeting the sales manager Jim Bailey. Jim worked hard to put the deal together for me and I truly feel I got the best deal there was. Being in sales myself I know what it is like for these guys, and I want this review to go where it belongs. Roger Wall and Jim Bailey. Truly gentleman in the business.

This is a great place. Everyone from the sales guy Jesse on up to Scott was extremely tentative and knowledgeable. They were able to work with my husband and I to make the deal work and get us what we were needing. Thank you Jesse, Adam, Scott and Jim.

Went to look at a sonata for $9,000 opened the door to take on a test drive and couldn't help but noticed a bunch of dead cockroaches right in the open on both driver and passenger floor. I was so grossed out and turned off. Not to mention i had an appointment to see this particular car so one would think they would look it over beforehand but ....

Had a great experience with this business. JW was very kind and understanding with my wife's indecisiveness. I had on hand the Kelly BlueBook values to compair the sale prices and found all vehicles we looked at were in the fair price range. Who could ask for anything more from a used car dealer. I would highly recommend you to stop in and see JW for your next car purchase. I'd like to also mention the finance manager Chris as well. He did an excellent job in explaining all the charges....which we're fair as well. I did all my homework on purchasing a used vehicle and what to expect from car dealers. Galloway Direct is a fair and honest dealer.

WAS AMAZED BY THE SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM THE STAFF AT GALLOWAY DIRECT. JW...YOU ROCK!!! SO PATIENT WITH ME AND MY INDECISIVENESS. WENT THERE LOOKING FOR AN SUV AND LEFT WITH THE TRUCK OF MY DREAMS. NO PRESSURE WHAT SO EVER. GAVE ME A FAIR TRADE FOR MY NISSAN AND MADE THIS THE MOST PLEASUREABLE CAR PURCHASE EXPERIENCE MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE EVER HAD. OH AND A SHOUT OUT TO CHRIS AS WELL. HE EXPLAINED SO MUCH TO ME ABOUT THE PURCHASING PROCESS AND EVEN GAVE ME INSIGHT ON PURCHASING I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ABOUT. WE WILL CERTAINLY RETURN TO THIS DEALER FOR OUR FUTURE VEHICLE PURCHASES.

Bought a car this same year thought everything was okay with until I took it to the cars dealership for service and told me it had something wrong. Tried to call Joe the manager but instead got Carl, he was no help and just said “there's probably nothing we can do but I'll pass the message to Joeâ€. I never got a call back from Joe and it's already been a week, even asked them if there was anything wrong with the car before I bought it even if it was something small wrong I just wanted to know.Would give 0 stars if I could. Terrible service would never recommend this place to anyone I know after this.

I just bought a car from them, got excellent service from both Carl and Joe. I will recommend this place to everyone I know when they are purchasing a vehicle. They were not pushy at all, unlike in some other places.

The salesman I dealt with lied about known defects associated with the car. Also, the car manufacturer no longer uses the term "recall" for car defects. "Field service actions" or bulletins was what they now call known defects in their product. Makes it easier for salespeople to lie about problems with their cars. Manufacturer (Ford) sucks for playing with terms. The dealer also offered their version of a Carfax called Truecar. It mentioned no recalls as well. No more Fords, no more GM's.
