Was going to trade in my xbox series x that had hdmi issues and some physical wear and tear for a new one. For some special reason, I guess they want my controller that has stick drift, so I had to waste money and go back and grab it and come back. Just to be told, he called his boss, and they don't take it because they can't verify the video and see if I am Mac banned. What a joke, and they wonder why they are going out of buissness. I believe Nick, the dude with a ps4 lanyard and Kirby shirt, is responsible for the stupidity at register.

Purchased an item that had a sale sticker but they charged full price. Not the customers fault that you didn’t do your job to change stickers. Sale price should have been honored!

DO NOT BUT ANYTHING HERE, I PURCHASED A HEADSET AND IT TURNS OUT IT DOES NOT WORK AND WHEN I WENT BACK AN EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THAT HE CANT HELP ME AND TURNED HIS BACK ON ME. I ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND SAID TO GOOGLE IT. I HOPE THE CHOKE ON THE LAST DIME I EVER GIVE THEM.

Usually dont write bad reviews but this store has given me more bad times then good. Note, i live 5min away and go outta my way to go to other locations but while searching for an item at multiple store they said market square had what i needed. So we waited in store while we called from gulf coast, they confirmed they had it and i waited until my info was given so we could go buy it. We drove right there which was about 20min and when we got there they said they sold it. The emplyee said they sold it and didnt know they were suppose to hold it (maybe miscommunication and thats fine) but the manager turned and lied to my face that they never said to hold it when i was in store when call was made..Overall its a game stop so ill give it a 5star for merch but 0 star for customer service. Lets just call it a 2star overall...Recommend if you have time then go to different location then do soBeen a customer since i was like 18 and 31 now

Mario at your location was absolutely amazing, went above and beyond on helping my husband and I find the proper gaming system and accessories we needed. His customer service WAS SUPERB!! THANK YOU MARIO!! Best experience EVER at GameStop!!

I stopped into this location of GameStop today. The store was clean and well stocked including many pre-owned video games. The sales clerk Sean was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to share his knowledge on both Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. He was prompt to check a price and verify stock. So many other stores have poor customer service, but Sean stood out as an employee who took pride in his work.

Was in the store with boyfriend looking for a new XBox controller. I began looking at Funko Pops on opposite side of store. Noticed some that were already stacked on floor. This particular one had a tshirt that came with it so the actual figurine was inside another box. Seeing the shirt wasn’t my size, I went to place the item back where I found it. It slipped from my hand and fell onto floor. No more than 6-10inches. The corner barely creased on the main packaging. Now, the actual funko pop box was not creased or damaged at all. Just the main packaging holding the shirt and boxed figurine. The cashier told me that it is store policy that if you drop them or damage the box due to them being collectors items, you have to buy them. I laughed. I thought she was kidding. She proceeded to say, I’ll hold the item here for you at counter for when you are ready. I replied, I’m not buying that. It was an accident. She proceeded to tell me it was policy and I had to buy it. I said show me the policy and I’ll buy it. She panicked and called her store manger who we heard tell her, don’t worry about it as I don’t know where to to find it on the site. The cashier proceeded to try and search the site for this “policy”. She was flustered and told us as we stood there ready to leave that we were being confrontational and was making her nervous. That to please not make her have to call the police.This was All over a creased corner on a box. Now, in this store, Stuff was all over the floor and stacked way too high for people to look at. I couldn’t have been only person to drop something or knock something over.In the end, I paid for them item because she was causing a scene by making us look like bad people in the store. We were just standing there due to her threatening law enforcement, and kept repeating how she just works there and to please just stop making her u comfortable. We were the ones uncomfortable.Word to the manager, don’t staff someone who wants to dictate policy to customers but can’t prove it. Or maybe post this policy on your walls to be visible to customers. Shame your stores have gone down hill over the years. And a lot of that has to do with the staff you employ.

Customer service was amazing. I work in sales and customer service and I can see a fellow upfront sales person from a mile away. The gentleman working yesterday afternoon was an absolute delight to work with. Great knowledge of products and took the kind helpful approach on a huge gaming decision.

Wow! Went in to exchange a game was told they do not exchange games! Gran Turismo seven brand new games $60. I was told I cannot exchange it. Ask’d for the manager, turns out I was speaking to the manager asked for someone higher. Shawna was not there at the time I asked for Shannon‘s email address. Manager on duty refused to give email address and then asked to leave the store. Wow.
